LOVE this refrigerator! I can finally find the food because I have more SPACE. My grandchildren have their own beverage center and have access to water. I love the water pitcher and 2 sizes of ice. No more grinding sound of crushed ice! $$$ saver

Loving this Samsung Bespoke setup. The look is super clean, and the customizable panels make it feel way more personal than a regular appliance. It runs quietly, keeps everything consistent, and feels solid overall. Stylish, modern, and actually practical. Definitely adds a nice touch to the kitchen without overdoing it.

Had it for 4 months and it works great. The ice maker works good. It had a lot of space. Worth the price.

Fridge is doing awesome and I love how big it is. I’ve had it for two years now.

We have a big family and it makes a workd of defrense the extra cu ft. The jug of water in Phoenix helps as well.

This is the coolest refrigerator ever. If you are big into beverages or even something as simple as water or flavored waters this model with the beverage. Center is awesome and the ice maker makes a lot of ice.

So far great fridge, Best Buy service was also great. Still nervous about Samsung and ice makers; however it's in the freezer instead of the fridge section and initial online reviews have been positive. We like the two different ice sizes. Getting the beverage center with special opening door was a great upgrade. We really use the easy access instead of opening the whole fridge.

I love how this refrigerator gives my kitchen a bit of class. It definitely has more than enough room for food storage.

This is a great refrigerator. You should get it. Its big enough for a full family and keeps food cold. I would recommend it. The water dispenser is easy to use.

Was looking for a new fridge because price and water went out really wanted an interior dispenser, this is great it has the beverage center with either fill your own or pitcher. When we walked in they had a great deal on a floor model. Not the panels we wanted but were able to swap out easily and still cost less than a non floor model

This is an AMAZING frig! The storage is VERY large, seemingly much larger usable storage than we were used to in 27 cuft frigs. The freezer is very convenient due to the drawers. The only issue I can see is that due to its size it can be hard to bring into the house. In order to get it in I had to remove the front door and hinges and the doors from the frig. The depth of the frig seems to be the issue going through doorways.

We’ve had the Refrigerator for almost a year now. The features we like the most are the ice maker, you get 2 different ice sizes!. The water pitcher and dispenser, great for filling water bottles when you’re on the way out and need a quick refill. The menu button on the inside for temp and also for it being a SmartHub device. It will alert you on your phone, Samsung tv or other smart devices if someone leaves the doors open……great if you’ve got kids!

This positive review is specifically about the fridge. I’ll write about the order and installation problems below. The fridge itself is beautiful, sleek, clean, and plenty of space. The only thing you need to careful with is closing the doors. In some fridges as the door rotates to close it automatically seals. This fridge you need to give it an extra push to make sure that happens. Now in terms of the order and delivery: delivery showed up 6 hours late. They did not put on the water line we ordered and didn’t tighten the line to main water connection and resulted in a major leak. I called Best Buy multiple times and each time they said they created a ticket for repair. 4 different reps never created a ticket. In relation to the raft of our order (range, microwave, and dishwasher) those orders were delayed/canceled multiple times.

I don't even know yet what all it does, but this refrigerator is great. The beverage center is a worthwhile feature. It's huge though, and it almost didn't fit through our front door.

We bought this fridge for it's good looks which are compelling but it's also very roomy. The layout makes it easy to find everything.
