I love my refrigerator very simple and cheek. Love the water dispenser being inside. It also comes with a pitcher that automatically refills with water when needed. I wish it would have come with a deli storage and with a butter and egg dispenser. Love love the ice maker.

So here I am writing a review after having this fridge for only 2 years!! Bought June/2023 paid over $1600 for it and it is now Sept/2025 and both the fridge and freezer have stopped working!! Made a loud humming/buzzing noise prior to that! Of course I JUST passed the “2 yr” warranty mark!! The fridge itself is really nice looking and I can use dry erase on the front for notes, memos and grocery lists!! We kept it in the kitchen for daily use. The ice maker when it WAS working, put out regular cubes and “bits”!! The fridge has a water pitcher that refills on its own and an option to fill it yourself or fill your own cup or bottle up! Prior to this week, I enjoyed my fridge and had no issues but 2 years is too short to have an expensive fridge go out!! I really had higher expectations especially for it to be a Samsung product!! I’ll be paying to get it looked at and hopefully it’s covered under their 5yr “sealed system” warranty or their 10 yr “digital inverter compressor” warranty because I should NOT be having fridge issues after just TWO years!!! I had to go out and buy a back up fridge with working freezer bc I have breastmilk that would’ve gone to waste and I can’t just go to the grocery store to replace that!!! This is so frustrating especially being on maternity leave with no income!! Two stars Samsung!! Two!! Had it not gone out… maybe 5!!!

Love this fridge. Has more room than other side by sides that have the water dispenser on the outside. The beverage center is all kinds of awesome. Always have filtered water ready in the water pitcher, rarely use the individual water dispenser. Having two kinds of ice is great. There are just so many pluses for this fridge. Absolutely love it.

As the title of this review states, this is a unique refrigerator. I love that the ice maker is inside and the touch door automatic door opening feature is convenient. We had the traditional French door with a bottom drawer freezer. Unfortunately, it began to leak, and the ice maker no longer worked. Lastly, there is ample storage space in this smart refrigerator. We hope to have this for a long time, and it was worth the wait.

I am truly in love with my new Bespoke. It's very spacious. It makes the cutest little noise when I get ready to open it. I'm very happy!

I've owned everything from a classic white icebox to a family hub, and this is by far my favorite refrigerator. It may seem slim, but everything that struggled to fit in my gigantic LG fit in here with multiple shelves to spare. I was SHOOK! We are a family of 4, with two toddlers under 5, so fresh fruit and vegetables is a must weekly. I am able to wash and store everything nicely in its place. Also, whoever came up with the idea of having the water spout as well a water pitcher on the inside of the refrigerator has been here before and is saving us from ourselves. The auto refill on the pitcher is out of this world. The icemaker is phenomenal. It separates the ice bites from the cubes and even comes with an ice scoop. Sometimes i find myself using less ice sometimes because the water that i pour from the water pitcher that's INSIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR (again whaaaat??) is already at a beautiful temperature. And if none of that makes you go out and buy this refrigerator, go to your nearest Best Buy, bring a dry erase marker with you, and write your name on the front of Bespoke white refrigerator (because it also has dry erase capabilities on the doors!!) and then I'm sure you'll be convinced to add this marvel to your kitchen.

Love my new refrigerator! It make two different types of ice cubes, it’s sleek and stylish! The inside is where you get your water as well as it comes with a fruit infused pitcher!

Bought this fridge to replace my garage fridge that failed. This fridge is a great replacement and got an amazing deal at the Best Buy outlet store. Love the beverage center and ice maker features of this fridge. Small and large cubed ice options with lots of ice storage.

OMG i love this refrigerator it has such a classy look, i love the white glass doors. I didnt look at this refrigerator because i thought it would be too expensive . My husband said come look at this one your going to love it. I looked and to my surprise it was half the amount of my refrigeratori was replacing because i no longer wanted the bottom freezer. It was difficult bending down and digging to find what i was looking for. Also i could not fit a turkey in the bottom freezer, now i have plenty of room for everything without hurting my back. Im so happy with this purchase.

Love this fridge. The touch to open is nice, the water pitcher, awesome. The double size ice type. Large door space. It takes about 12 to get to temperature. Smarthings to connect wifi. If you have the door is open too long the panels frost up.

Absolutely excellent and beautiful. I refused to tuck this away in my small apartment kitchen because it would hide its beauty. Instead, I placed it right in my dining area where everyone can see it. It’s simply too beautiful to conceal. So far, it cools perfectly, chills efficiently, and does everything it’s supposed to do. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to connect the water dispenser because my apartment doesn’t have the proper connector. Hopefully, this will come with me when I finally buy a house!

I absolutely love this unit. The moment i saw it, i knew i had to have it. It's sleek and beautiful. We had to have a new water line installed, our old house only had copper line. Best Buy delivered 2 days before the plumber came out to install. Plumber was a local 3rd party who was amazing to work with. The guy who helped us purchase the fridge was also so helpful and patient with us. The glass front is easy to clean, we use dry erase markers for notes like grocery list. Only had it for 3 weeks so far, and no issues.

The best refrigerator I've ever bought! I love the side by side as it has more storage space than my french door fridge. The storage on the door alone is uncomparable! The beverage center is a must! So convenient to have cold lemon water on hand at all times! The ice cubes and chips with the scoop is a game changer. I fill my water bottle with ice and lemon water every morning before work and it takes seconds and I'm out the door. No mess, no clean up. I haven't found the auto door opener a huge help or need yet but it's still a new function we're getting used to.

I love this refrigerator, the color the beauty of it it was just enough space to put everything inside instead of the one with those drawer underneath I feel like this was better better purchase for me and my family

I absolutely love this futuristic fridge. It's gorgeous, it works exactly like it should, and connecting and managing through SmartThings is a breeze. Couldn't recommend more, especially for the price. If you're having doubts, dispel them!

Love our new fridge. Two sizes of ice are a hit with the wife and kids. Favorite part is the self refilling water pitcher. The fridge is WiFi enabled and connects via the SmartThings app. Initial delivery after the purchase was over a month out. Kept checking and suddenly became available a week later and was delivered 3 days later. Couldn’t be happier. Prefer this over French doors for function and price.

I love everything about this refrigerator. It has way more space to put your drinks. The water feature on the inside with the pitcher is so convenient. Love the 2 types of ice. The glass is so esthetically pleasing and won’t leave streaks like the stainless steel. By far my favorite fridge.
