As I have stated in other reviews, I had a bad experience with a Samsung refrigerator in the past 2 years, so I was reluctant to purchase another appliance by the same manufacturer. I was GLAD I changed my mind. I picked up this floor model for an additional discount on top of the Memorial Day appliance sale too, so it was an upgrade I could afford. Tub capacity is awesome, clothes come out smelling more fresh than I have smelled in years. Steam cycle and many multiple cycles insure you get the performance you need, including sanitize and stain lifter (and yes, it works). Great purchase, you won't be disappointed.

When our previous washer quit for the 4th time, I finally accepted it was time to replace both washer and dryer, meaning we also bought the matching washer. Focusing here on the dryer, the absolute best thing about the dryer is the quick dry time, which consistently beats the washer cycle. For a big family this is a veritable bonus, as we are not sitting around waiting for the dryer to finish, to allow us to start the next wash load... The front panel controls and display are clear and include the remaining run-time. Overall, having owned this dryer for about 8 weeks now, I am completely satisfied.

I love my Samsung washer. It is so easy to use it almost is a pleasure to do the laundry.

The door on this machine only opens to one direction with the hinge on the left. You cannot change the hinge to the other side. The salesman never mentioned this to us. My laundry room is set up to have the washer on the right. The installer told my wife that the new hoses they sold us were too short to put the washer on the left. The installers also did not hook up the steam hose for our dryer because the new hoses we bought did not reach (they did not tell us that it wasn't hooked up). Our washer and dryer doors now bang together when each is opened. Very disappointed.

I think this is an excellent choice for any size family wanting an energy efficient, user friendly appliance. Plus, it really looks good in the laundry room!!

This machine is a great value. It is compact yet able to handle big loads. The machine uses an efficient amount of detergent. Great results.

I love this washing.machine. Having 3 kids I do laundry alot. This machine allows me to do large loads and laundry time is cut in half.

We cloth diaper our baby, and after a trip to Europe saw how much cleaner they get with extra heated water (European machines can get the water to almost boiling if you want). They come out so white, they look brand new. I also didn't realize how faded our white sheets had become until I washed them on the sanitize cycle as well. I love that I can program my favorite cycle (in this case for my cloth diapers) so that anyone that does that type of laundry only has to push one button and everything is set and ready to go.

Once we removed the shipping bolts, washer very quiet with minimal vibration!

This is an easy to use washer with many settings. There's a setting for anything you can think of throwing into the washer. One downside is that I wish there was a spin only cycle.

This washer is awesome , quiet large capacity steam feature works well. Love it, I would recommend to everyone

Allows for Dryer to be stacked, which is a great space saver. Washer works great and I have no complaints.

I bought this washer and its gas dryer companion. I have not had this washer for a long time, so can not comment on energy cost/savings. What I can tell you is that this machine does work. All the options it has for washing help you decide exactly what you need. Pretty much, any issue you have w/ a piece of clothing can be resolved. I really cant complain about the deal I got for the two items and they are really what I needed.
