Pros: Sturdy and built well. Runs fairly quiet No agitator. Just dump clothes in Plays melody when done Lots of different washing options Seems to wash as well as any other washer. However one pair of yard work socks didn't seem to get as clean as our experience with our old agitator washer. Taller than our old washer (personal positive feature) Lightweight, soft opening lid. Doesn't slam shut like our old washer lid. Cons: Washer locks so you are unable to just throw a missed sock without having to pause then wait several seconds for washer to come to complete stop before being able to toss it in. No ability to disable this lock so it is a mandatory feature. Hope the sensor doesn't fail. This con is why I didn't rate this product 5 stars. They should have the ability to disable this feature. No ability to adjust volume of melody, nor choose a different one. No ability to disable this either I would purchase again and would recommend it to anyone. We got ours for a good price too with free delivery on the day that was very convenient for us.

This washer has everything I would expect from a product like Samsung and more! It holds extra large loads of laundry, no mess detergent trays and even sings to you when you turn it on or a load is finished. The clothes come out smelling amazing and all of the controls/options are simple to understand. This machine is VERY user friendly & I love it!!!

We wanted the one with all the extras but decided we didn't really have to have them. I'm glad we went with just the basic washer. It has a nice large drum in it. Holds a lot of clothes and gets them very clean. We only really use 3 different settings and hot or cold. It also has a self cleaning mode. It's fairly quiet. A lot quieter than my front loader. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and do not regret going with this washer.

This washer is great! The washer is so big it cuts my washing time in half. Its quite and cleans grear

I bought this washer because I was concerned about saving water. It has worked great so far. I like the top loading the best. The clothes come out just damp and super clean. The only thing you have to remember is to load it in a way where the load is balanced. If you are short you may need a step stool to reach the bottom of the drum.

trying to get use to washer with no agitator, fits a lot more clothes does a good job , quiet, don't really like the built in detergent dispenser I wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles when I went to purchase. gets the clothes clean and they are not as wet meaning less dryer time.

I had a front loader and it never seemed to get things clean without pre treating. This machine takes no extra work and gets the clothes clean on the first wash..... the way it should be. I have had it about 4 weeks with 4 to 5 loads a week and it is solid!

I originally purchased the matching Samsung dryer, and I loved it so much I purchased the matching washer a few weeks later. It is quiet, It also has ample space for a good size load of clothes. Who says you have to spend a small fortune for a good washer and dryer?

This is the first time I have owned a Samsung washer. And I am very satisfied about everything: the appearance, design, and performance. Aside from its quiet operation, this is the first time I have a washer without that middle agitator - and I love it; our clothes love it too as they’re no longer harshly tugged from all direction. And the drum size is so big, I can conveniently wash our queen-sized comforters and they come out smelling good. Simple operation with only a few buttons I need to push to get it going. And I super love the musical note at the end of the wash. It’s loud enough, yet not annoying, and I can hear it wherever I am in the house. I highly recommend this.

Love this washer. Tub is big enough to wash king size spread and does it without tearing it up. Several different option for washing including delicates. Quiet and efficient!

we have enjoyed using our Samsung washing machine. The capacity is larger than a cheaper machine by Amana. we like the tune it plays when a wash is done, We had a little problem when the wash was taking an extra long time to finish, but found we must have hit the "extra rinse" button not knowing the result. Good machine!

We purchased this with the Samsung gas dryer (as a set) at a great price and I am very pleased with our purchase. They are efficient and easy to use. I would have liked for it to have a time display to know how much time is left on the wash but otherwise a great buy.

I am very happy with this washer which I have had over a month now. It washes and spins very well. It spins so well in fact that some clothes are practically dry when done and need very little time in the dryer. It is easy to use. My 13-year old needed little instruction before using it himself and if he could have found an excuse not to use it, he would have. The one thing that annoys me however is the noise. It is not loud but there is a whirring noise that goes on and off during the wash cycle about every 15 secs.

I’ve only had this washer/dryer combo for maybe 2 months now, but so far it’s great. I love that there isn’t an agitator in the center of it for my clothing to get wrapped around and it holds a pretty big load. My only complaint is that it is VERY loud. Like to the point where I was scared to use it for the first few days because I thought it was going to explode. I have since gotten over that and just close the laundry room or, so in my opinion this washer is totally worth it, especially since I bought it on sale and got a great deal.

We only had this washer for 6 months. So far we are satisfied with the purchase. It does what it supposed to do well. It's quiet and handles a large load well.
