It was an out of box and working great so far. This is the best out of the limited options of small vented dryers.

Dryer is perfect size, love the look, has lots of different options, drum feels big for its size. Only downside is it doesnt come with power cord, feel that any appliance should come with power cord, especially when I got the matching washer that did come with a power cord.

Although this dryer is compact, it has very good capacity. I really enjoy the AI features of letting you know when clothes are dry, 'just right' so you can save energy and it doesn't just keep running. The reminded to clean the filter every time is also useful and can save energy in the long run too.

I’m sure it would’ve been good to match our washer, unfortunately had to return before use because it wasn’t compatible for our needs. Advertised as 120/240v, unsure as to why it’s labeled that way.

seems like a good dryer for the money, I like the choice of multiple settings. Slightly noisy. The Dryer was damaged in shipping but a new one was sent ASAP.

Needed a dryer and loved it but later upgraded to a bigger model and added the matching washing machine

After using the washer the first time there was a leak of water under the washer Call and Waiting for the repair personal ti do the inspection

We love our dryer. Hubby has weekly uniforms; safely dries quickly. I love that the machine stops when clothes are dry faster than the cycle.
