I had connectivity issues. Had family over for the big game right as I hooked it up. There was some sort of interferance with my apple tv so it wouldnt work. Hard to say if it is quality or not necause it went straight back and I got the somos I really wanted.

As soon as I seen the retail price drop $150 to go on sale, I pulled the trigger on this setup. Hooked up to a 2012 Samsung 6100 Series LED TV via the optical cable that was provided and the sub-woofer linked itself. The room where setup is located is 12' x 14' with natural wood floors. The sound is incredible and have not been able to distort at any level or setting. Already tried the Bluetooth application with my Samsung phone and it works like a charm. No complaints. Total time to setup, play a couple of Blu-Ray concerts, The Dark Knight, and try the music app thru my phone was less than 1 hour. You will not be disappointed with this setup.

I would not buy this product again if pairing it with a Samsung TV. For some reason, the HDMI-ARC connection defaults to a DVI input every time you turn on the TV. In order to watch TV, you have to change the input EVERY TIME! I wish it would default to HDMI but no luck. All the forums I've visited have stated this is a problem. If there is another alternative that works with Samsung TVs, I'm all ears.

My dad (older) got a hold of the remote control and messes up the sound on the tv so there was always an echo when the tv was turned on. When we came home to try to fix the problem we found there was no way to fix it easily. We had to turn off the sound bar and just use the sound from the tv. So now we have a sound bar shelf ornament collecting dust.

My wife and I recently moved. I had 5.1 surround sound with a Yamaha receiver and Polk Audio speakers. Though this soundbar does not sound quite as good it was much cheaper, easier to set up and sounds almost as good. Bass is sufficient (though I would like a bit more). Bluetooth works great with my iPhone. Great bang for your buck.

Purchased a soundbar. Sound is fine. Easy to setup. Shortly afterward, purchased a Roku to attach to Samsung soundbar and Samsung TV. Quickly discovered that the HDMI ports of soundbar were nonfunctional due to shoddy installation/manufacturing. After a lengthy phone call, the only solution was to ship soundbar to New Jersey with a 14 business day turnaround (shipping days extra). I live in California. They failed to provide a recommended retailer here who could replace the HDMI ports. I am throwing out the soundbar and going with a different brand which can actually provide customer service. PS. I was willing to pay for the repair.

I couldn't get the bar to sync with my Samsung tv. There was always a delay with the video and sound.

i have enjoyed in this purchased for very few month and than it start going on my and neighbors nerves,was going on off on off on off all the time until i unplugged it and regretted spending so much money for trash

Setup took less than 30 minutes when syncing to the Samsung UN65JS8500 and sounds amazing! I would highly recommend this product if you have a newer Samsung TV and want a quality sound bar with limited wires for a good price.

Great sound easy to set Up got it Christmas for my mom as a gift and we watch( jurassic world) as the first movie sound was amazing just like I'm in a movie theater we were happy I got it for $370 on sale now it's back up in price but it is worth getting very happy with the purchased

Took about 2 hours to figure out what this sound bar is all about: 1) The optical cable did not sync with my latest Samsung TV UN65JU7100. Cannot control the volume through the TV remote. 2) The TV Connection works well with the Samsung TV using a single TV remote to control the volume. Turn off the TV, turn off the sound bar. So this is good. 3) Can send music to the soundbar over wifi and bluetooth with no problem. Beautiful sound. However, the soundbar is stuck in the wifi and bluetooth after done with streaming. It did not come back to the TV Connection source. Have to manually set the source to the TV Connection for the TV to work with the sound bar again. In summary, the soundbar is usable but the logical settings can be improved.

This soundBar sounds great connected to my 65 inch Samsung JS8500 TV. The sound is crisp and the bass is good. You can change the bas, treble, and subwoofer settings to fit your taste with ease. For the price, you can't beat this soundBar.
