I purchased this washer and dryer set during an awesome sale at the beginning of the year and its been nothing but joy since then. I love how quiet this washer is and how fast and water efficient.

I love having all of the new features & cycles! Everything seems to be working well although I am still getting acquainted with the new appliances. My statement "After a rinse & spin cycle water is still in the laundry soap dispenser" could very possibly be user error! The melody played when completed is a very nice change, The color is an added bonus!

Bought when on sale for Labor Day and have been pleasantly surprised. Many wash cycles, speed, active wear, and even steam. Can handle decent size loads, which cuts down on time spent doing laundry.

I have a few minor complaints: I've struggled with getting the wash settings the way I want them. It's like the Samsung washer is sassing me, such as "No, I (the washer) decide whether you (me) can use cold water." If I try to override it, it changes my washload capacity and type of load, so I have to start over, and usually it wins the argument. Arrgh. 2: I can't get it to shut up. I don't like all the beeping. Emphasis on minor complaint. 3. I really have to slam the door to get it to close. Having said that, I'm thrilled with its cleaning ability.

We got this with Memorial Day sale pricing and a 2-for-1 pedestal deal. Great price. We got white because the price is lower than other colors, and we didn't really care. Got the washer/dryer set. No problems after 2 months of use. All good.

Very please with my Samsung washer and dryer and love the merlot color.

No conplaints. Many washing options supporta a queen size comforter. Very quiet. Alot of custom wash cycles as well as presets.

After researching and pricing washing machines at a handful of stores, we decided on this Samsung washer at Best Buy. BestBuy had the best price and their free delivery was an additional savings. The machine was delivered within the scheduled time frame even while it was raining. I immediately washed my first load. I am very pleased with our purchase and plan to purchase the matching dryer at BestBuy within the next 90 days.

This is my second Samsung Steam Washer. The Steam washers and dryers work great at keeping odors out. Towels and yard clothes are my biggest concern. You know you have those certain pair of shorts and tshirts that only get used when you're working in the garage or in the yard. After washing a few times, they can start to gain a strange scent. Light, but enough to give up on them. We bought our first steam washer five years ago, and WOW what a difference. My first steam washer was not made that well, and lesson learned is NEVER LET YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY RUN OUT. I've heard great reviews on Samsung, and so far I like what I see.

this is our first front loader and so far its been great. Its very easy to use once you use it. it looks intimidating at first but its very easy after you use it a few times.

Love it so far. Easy to use and the clothes come out from the spin cycle almost dry.

Great washer , so far it's been a month since I bought it and it's doing good just get an extended warranty for 100+

This washer is great. Lots of features and cycle settings. I've noticed sometimes the detergent compartment is left with water at the end of the cycle, but luckily we have a sink right next to our washer so it's not that big of deal to dump it out. Might have to look into that with Samsung support if the issue continues. I read something online about making sure the appliance is level, which the installers did when they delivered it and I verified, it is sitting level.

Love this set of washer/dryer ... so fun to do laundry and I love all of the bells and whistles it comes with.

This washer replaced a Whirlpool Duet. It is much quieter and also does a better job of spinning the cloths.

This Samsung washer washes quite well in less time and spin dries better also so there is less time for the clothes in the drier. Do 2 to 3 loads a day, this washer is also quieter. One con is that the washer moves a bit (set on a pedestal) during the spin cycle. It has a rinse and spin cycle but no spin only cycle. This washer's drum moves much more effortlessly (by hand) so potentially will last longer. I would recommend getting the 5 year extended warranty through Best Buy ($125) as our last washer needed to be replaced after less than 3 years. Good Luck.

I really love this machine wash my clothes very clean and I very happy with this product and brand.

Had other washers before, but none like this one. Plays a little tune for you when cycle is done. Does s great job of getting clothes clean.

I searched on-line and ordering was straightforward and easy. Delivery and setup crew was on time, friendly, very professional, and got the job done quickly. Unit looks great and works great; very quiet operation and easy to use. I love the little "tune" that is played at the end of a cycle. I replaced a Kenmore Elite HE front loader and this unit is much better. My clothes seem to come out "softer" feeling than before. AWESOME!

Overall, I'm very pleased with this machine. There are a couple of things to mention. First, there is no setting for whites and secondly, it t has more vibration during a spin cycle than I expected.
