This washer cleans really well and easy to use. You can easily customize features and its very intuitive how to do so. Runs quietly and great alarm at the end.

I've had this set for about a month. Speed of cleaning and ability to clear exceed expectations. Lots of bells and whistles. So, much that I can simply put it on normal and it does the work for me. I have yet to connect to my smart phone, but anticipate that will be in sweater.

We were very impressed with Cicero, the sales associate who assisted us at the store. He was knowledgeable and honest. Rather than automatically steer us to the most expensive machines, he took the time to listen to our needs and recommend an appropriate machine. We liked him so much that we returned to buy another major appliance from Cicero several weeks later. So far, this machine seems to be a fine piece of equipment. It's still too soon to know for sure. However, we were a bit disappointed with the installation outcome. The people who delivered and installed the machine were on time, very careful in carrying it up the stairs and very polite. However, it appears the machine was not installed correctly, as it thumps loudly, when running, and sounds like it is out of balance. We called the Geek Squad to come back and finish the job; they said they would arrive today, but did not, and had no record of our request for service nor the appointment they scheduled during our telephone conversation yesterday. Not very impressive on the service side.

I purchased this washer and my clothes and bedding have never been so clean! It has many great features and options for washing. Quit machine and efficient.

This replaced a very old washer. I wish they still made things out of metal instead of all of this plastic however it runs great, is quiet, uses way less water than our old machine and seems to clean things very well. It looks fantastic but that wasn't a priority for us.

I did a lot of research to find a high quality but also not too expensive washer and this was the one I settled on. Now that I’ve been using it I’m not disappointed. It works wonderfully and is energy efficient. I highly recommend this washer

Washes w/little water, dries well, music notification

I LOVE my Samsung washer! I've never owned a front loader before and have yet to be disappointed with its performance. It cleans the clothes very well and with little water which is a plus on the utility bills! I love the steam cycles for bedding and dog blankets. The steam cycles are long (2-2.5 hours), but worth it in my opinion...especially since it really does eliminate odors (the dog blankets come out smelling clean and not like stale wet/dirty dog)!

This is our first Samsung appliance and we love it!! Gets our clothes very clean and is easy to use. Installation was easy and I was able to do it myself. It is energy star certified so that is a plus. Definitely recommend this washer.

I am normally not a front load washer and dryer person. However I can say that I have fallen in love with this washer, the features that it has and it does a fantastic job of saving water and washing my clothes

The machine does a great job on clothes and we really like the number of options to choose. The biggest drawback is that this machine actually moves around on our floor due to the rapid pace of the drum. We have a tile floor in our laundry room and it appears there is not enough stability to stop it from moving. Make sure you have a solid foundation such as a concrete floor. I would recommend it for the quality of the wash, but caution anyone about the movement.

Extremely quiet and efficient washer. Clothes are extremely clean and almost dry when they come out of the washer which is nice because it limits the amount of time in the dryer. Highly recommend.

Being honest, the only thing I want on a washing machine is to work a long life. It washes the clothes much better than our previous one that was top load, so by now happy. I don’t give the 5 starts as it still feels in the controls a bit cheap comparing with LG.

I am 73 and have since childhood only had front load machines. All mom would have. This is by far the best one I've had. Very efficient, easy to use just had to get used to the settings and personalized setting option. My only compaint was I leaned against the machine one time when it was running and accidentally hit the power button and it drained and shut down. Since it was in a rinse cycle I restarted as rinse only option and all was good.

This washer replaced a 7 year old Samsung front loader. This one is much much quieter, especially during the spin cycles. The clothes are cleaner with less soap.

Very good product , not make a lot of noise like my older washer and program they have make my clothes get more clean and better . Im very happy with this washer and look awesome in my laundry room

We purchased this washing machine a month ago and we like it. Large enough and has a spin cycle that basically dries the clothes enough. It's very quiet while working.

Love this washer. Quiet, efficient and has a lot of settings. I have had the previous model for several years without any issues. I moved the old one to my summer home and replaced it with this one and couldn’t be happier.

Wow this saves me time and water. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new washer! Not only quiet but also does a great job cleaning the clothes! Must have you will enjoy it!

This is my second Samsung washer. The first one went out on us after just 5-6 years. I know they had a issues with most of the ones from 2011 and I am really hoping they have fixed the problem. If not, this will be my every last Samsung product ever!!!!
