I love this machine, it works well and has so many features that I find myself looking through the manual to make sure I'm getting all I can out of it. The sanitize cycle works like magic I don't even use bleach to wash my whites anymore!

We are really enjoying our new washer! Lots of different options and end of wash alert sounds are loud enough to be heard in our living area so that our clothes are just sitting. The clothes come out washed well and without a lot of excess water.

Very quiet and has many options! Like the design but would like the doors to open where I do not have to lean over the door to get to dryer. Might need to switch the machines around but hose is long enough to do that. Changing the dry door to the opposite side did not help.

My May Tag washer that came with our house decided to stop spinning. The fear of gong out and choosing another washer was scary. I was disappointed in May Tag and we hunted for a Samsung based on such awesome reviews. My parents purchased this Samsung washer about a year ago. I was using theirs while we hunted. I loved it so much, we had to have it. It is sooooo quiet and performs so wonderful. Samsung has won this family over!

Have only had the machine for about 10 washes but am happy with it. Very quiet machine. Just be careful not to overdo the soap or it will take a while to wash out. Found that out the hard way

I love the new Samsung waher and dryer set. They clean the laundry so well and have so many options. Plus, they look beautiful. The pedestals hold all the laundry products. It is great.

This is my first front loading washer. The washer holds a large amount of clothes and seems to use less water than my old top loader. It isn't very loud. The clothes seem to be cleaner. I do make sure that I leave the door open a little and the detergent door open after I am done, so they can air dry. I would also recommend getting a stand of some type, unless you like to bend down to get clothes out. The only problem I have had is when I toss in the gel pacs, sometimes the load isn't large enough for 2, but I think it is, so the clothes need an extra rinse. Overall a great washer!

You can wash mondo loads of clothes in this thing. I have to be saving water, because I'm doing fewer loads. The steam function is supposed to get things clean without additives, but I still like to add some Calgon.

Got this in the matching pair. Clothes come out cleaner and dry faster then with our old set. No annoying "buzz" at the end, just a friendly little tune. Fairly quiet overall. Only weird thing is water in the detergent thing when done and needs to be emptied. No biggie. Good machines.

The steam function is GREAT! While it takes longer to run (1:25 minutes), it does a beautiful job of cleaning clothes. Love how quiet it is as well! Great choice all the way around.

Love this new washer. Can wash a very small load or a large load without it going off balance. It is quiet and efficient.

My first front loading washer and I'm in love with the load balancing weights inside the drum. Keeps the drum super balanced when in the spin cycle which is a great feature since I have it in my kitchen and not in a separate room.

I bought this washer at a great price and it has so much space in the drum. It outperformed my old $1k washer by double or triple. I haven't quite figured out how the steam option makes a difference yet though.

I was extremely reluctant to get a front load washer. This thing works excellent. The spin cycle is crazy good, cutting down on long dry times.

This seems to be working fine at getting clothes clean. Have found water sitting in the soap dispenser a few times. Not sure what that is about. Shakes and rattles more than I expected when on spin cycle.

It is a very good looking machine that gets the job done. The wife bought some very expensive machines in the past and I can not see any difference in them. this machine is simple to use and produces clean good smelling clothes.

Love my new washer! Easy to use without much instruction needed. Love the allergy settings. Easy to switch between powder and liquid detergent. Plus the little song at the end makes doing laundry pleasant.

Love this washer. It is energy and water efficient, and cleans very well; even on the quick cycles. It is easy to use and set up.

Our house has a very strange layout, putting the laundry right against one wall of the kitchen, with no covering. We have this washer and the matching dryer and they look great in this sort of "showcased" location! Even more than that, the functionality of the set is fantastic! They have enormous capacity and are so easy to use to tailor your laundry process to your needs. We currently have TWO thick king-sized fleece comforters washing with plenty of room to spare!

This washer is so quiet when washing, I wnet into the next room and couldn't hear it. Very satisfied with the qashing quality, and uses much less water than my old washer.
