I have wondered the wilderness of washing machines and am not back to the front loader that works so well. I had Maytag before but this one is a dream.

Love love love this washer! At first I was a little worried that it would be too small for our needs. I was wrong. I can wash a king size comforter in this washer!

Love the options, and its very easy to use. Clothes comes out very nice and clean. I definitely made the best purchase.

I love the steam feature. I work at a camp during the summer and it does a great job of getting out the muck and grime. I also love the fact that it has a cleanable filter to keep things from getting caught in the wash.

I didn’t really want a front loader but I love it. I wipe it down after each use and leave it cracked to air dry it out and so far no stinky smell.

We haven't had this for all that long, but it's washed things great so far. There is a good amount of variability in the ways it can wash, and it washes better using way less water as our previous late-1990's top-loader.

Looking for a great mix of value and features this is good choice. Not all of the bells and whistles but good value. We prefer front loading and a little more expensive but it is what we like. Good value for features.

Nice washer with lot of wash cycles. Only issue I have is the vibration at low spin speeds. It is not clear if this is coming from 2nd floor installation / unbalanced load / improper leveling or a combination of these. Otherwise a great washer.

Our dryer which was almost 10 years old stopped working. It would run but the drum just stopped spinning. Rather than fix it and knowing that it was approaching 10 years old we figured to just replace it.. Since we were replacing the dryer, we figured we might as well replace the washer too since we had it for the same amount of time. My husband was the one that did the research and found the washer and dryer on sale. So I went down and ordered them and had them delivered that Monday. I absolutely love the front loaders and they are so quite. In fact, so much so, that I had to go into the laundry room to see if they were still running. I like the fact that they have the feature of the sound going off when the cycle is done. I wish that the drawers to go underneath the units wasn't so expensive. However, I found some in the dent and scratch section when I went to my local Lowe's and picked them up along with spray paint to have it match as close to the color of the washer and dryer. This weekend they will be installed with help from friends. So now the units will be raised up a bit which will be a big help.

Our old machine was very noisy, this one is so quite we have to look at it to see if it is running. Great buy, sales person and installation

Our first washer had to be replaced because it starting making really loud noises when at high speed spins. This washer replacement has been working really good so far. It has several options to wash our clothes and the capacity is plenty for our family. We washed a king size comforter and it didn't have any issues with it.

I replaced my 16 year old whirlpool washer with this one, and that is one of the best decisions I made this year. The washer does everything that is advertised and more. The wash comes out very clean and the spin cycles are great. Looks very complicated to operate but, in actuality, it is not. Cannot say enough good things about this washer. But like everybody out there I worry that something may go wrong in the future, so I also bought the Geek coverage for it as well.

I bought the set while on sale. Got a really good deal and are extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Samsung products. The washer and dryer are quiet and leave my clothes very clean.

I really like how clean my laundry comes out in fewer batches. Just wish I had longer arms to reach the clothes at the back of the washer. Might be easier if I had purchased the stand.

Great unit. Holds a ton of clothes and makes no qualms about washing my thick comforter either. Uses almost no water, quiet enough to hear a pin drop. Liquid soap goes in the dispenser tray along with Bleach and liquid fabric softener, but DO NOT put those soap packs in there. The packs need to go in the main tub with the clothes. No problems with any pod bits left behind like some front loaders. 10 year warranty on the motor helps me sleep at night. Great investment!

I was hesistant to buy a front loading machine ...but am glad I did ...I am very happy with it. I feel like my clothes get cleaner than my previous washer.

Its the best washer I've ever had. This thing is a beast. It's huge and can handle washing king size comforters with no problems. I also have the matching dryer stacked on top. The set looks cool too.

I've had this washer and dryer set for about 6 months now and have 0 complaints. I've wanted a steam set for some time and did lots of research before deciding on these. We've had no issues with the washer in the time we've had it. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase the extended protection plan just in case. The sanitization cycle is extremely long but I love that I have the option of using it when I need to. The unit doesn't jump around or walk anywhere with heavy loads and I find it to be quieter than I expected. I would buy this set again and again and again! The control panel is simple and easy to use. The Best Buy delivery team did a great job installing the items. My only complaint would be the delivery process. We weren't given a delivery time frame until the day before delivery which made it difficult to get off work to let the delivery team in. Better communication on delivery would have made the whole process perfect!!! I would recommend this to anyone thinking about purchasing this set.

This washer has some great features, including the steam option. Operation is easy to learn and runs pretty quiet compared to our older, front load washer. Would recommend.

This is our third washing machine in the past 10 years, so haven't had the best of luck. This machine though appears to be much better built and I love the quiet movement.
