The washing machine works great & it’s also a lot bigger than expected but only bad thing was the washing machine was delivered without parts that come with the machine Official manufacturer. The machine came with the user manual only,when it’s supposed to include manufacture hose and manufacturer lid caps for the back of the machine none were available. Thank goodness I purchase the extra steel hose.

I have a very small laundry room. I tried stacking Samsung washer and dryer. It worked perfect.

Wow what a upgrade.Its been 10 years since I had a new washer n dryer.These are so nice and pretty . The washer is big and my clothes feel n smell so clean. Love the different cycles . Very good purchase and the price was right.I love my new washer n dryer.

Our new washer fit the pedestal from our old washer that we purchased from Best Buy nine years ago. We love the new model. It’s very quiet and runs good. Clothes come out virtually dry. Works great!

Very pleased with my Samsung front loader, it is very quite and does a great job

I purchased this Samsung washer, along with a dryer, in December 2019. The washer works fine but a couple weeks ago I spilled a little regular liquid laundry detergent on the left side of control knob and as it flowed down it dissolved the black lettering and looked like ink was in the soap. I gently wiped it off with a wet towel and almost all of the black lettering came off with it (see picture). I went online and searched "lettering on Samsung washer came off" and there are numerous postings and reviews (including Best Buy reviews) describing the same thing that happened to me going back to at least 2016. So Samsung is producing and Best Buy is selling a product with a longstanding, known defect. I contacted the person at Best Buy that I bought it from and he sent my complaint and a picture of what happened to the Best Buy Samsung representative. He repeatedly tried to get an answer but was ignored by Samsung. Do not buy any Samsung washer or dryer with black lettering on the front anywhere. I will now send my complaint to Samsung but don't expect any resolution.

During the spin process it’s very noisy & loud. It works!

Complete Garbage. Two years of use, computer chip failure. In fact, if you drip detergent on front display the lettering for the cycles erase. Shouldn’t use crayon. Complete JUNK…

We've been using the washer and matching dryer for one month. Both are more efficient than my old topload washer and older electric dryer. The spin on the washer is very efficient and the dryer takes no time at all. I'm not a fan of both being close to the floor but will be stacking them in the future. Otherwise, being tall, would consider pedestals. Wish the washer had a small load cycle. Otherwise both machines have all the options most people would want. We have had no problem with vibration mentioned in other reviews, so much quieter than anything we've ever had. Our laundry is right next to the bedroom so we notice if something is running. Uses so little water that we can run the dishes, take a shower, and not even notice when the washer runs the rinse cycle...all at the same time. We have been leaving the washer door a bit open between use to keep the inside of the machine from remaining damp.

Pluses and minuses. Overall this is a good washer that does a good job cleaning clothes. It has a great variety of cycles, great capacity, and an excellent spin cycle that really helps to dry clothes and create short cycle times for the accompanying dryer. On the down side, my detergent tray always has water in it after each cycle, so I have to empty it. When contacting customer service, I was sent to a FAQ page that said it could be due to leveling. This machine was installed by BB customer service and appears to be pretty level. I've learned at this point just to deal with the issue and empty the tray. My second issue is with the lint filter at the bottom of the machine. It tends to dump a lot of water out when you take it off to clean it (have a couple big towels ready), and it seems to leak water from that area (a small amount) for the first load or 2 after cleaning it. All in all it's a nice machine, I'd just hope they make improvements on future models to fix these 2 issues.

I gave this washing machine a four star rating because I have been using it for only a month and a half. I have only used top loaders. Concern regarding spin cycle activity made me reluctant to purchase anything. After using front loaders at the laundromat, talking to people and reading reviews, I took a chance and purchased my first front loader. I chose this machine and decided to purchase the Geek squad warranty hoping I will not need to use it but have it if necessary. Reading the user's manual is key because it details all concerns. I sat through the entire cycle during the first wash with this machine. Before the water enters the machine, the drum rotates slowly forward then backward to gauge the weight of the contents of the drum. Then the wash cycle starts and water/soap enters the drum basin. Only enough water is sent into the drum to saturate the clothes sufficiently to clean them but not to fill the basin. There isn't any sloshing or whooshing of water. Hence, if you need to stop the cycle for any reason, you can UNLESS the cycle is using HOT water. Then the door will not unlock. During spin activity, the machine starts with a slow spin to balance the clothes. If there is an indication that it will start to vibrate, it will slow and continue to spin again slowly for a few minutes more. It will not increase speed until the clothes are evenly distributed. Once evenly distributed, the spin rotation will increase to a full spin to the end of the cycle. The clothes are clean and wet with no excess water left in the machine at the completion of the wash. I wipe the glass after every wash to keep it looking new. I also wipe the inside of the gasket to free it from any remaining droplets of water from the cycle. I leave the door open to prevent mold or mildew. I would recommend this machine.

So easy to use. Runs nice and quiet. My laundry is always super clean, and the spin cycle is so effective at removing the water that I can put much more in my dryer and it dries it in half the time. Easily fits my super plush king size comforters. Fantastic washing machine.
