Great washer. Lot of options for washing. Don't have to go to the laundromat to wash my comforter cause this washer provides plenty of room.

I do like it but I am not sure if the steam cycle is something I needed. The program takes a long time if you use the steam cycle.

We love our new washer. The price was much cheaper than most front loader washers and the quality is great! The washer is very quiet and has multiple wash settings.

Elegant-looking washer with features and settings that get the job done well and simply. Washes the clothing well and the clothes do not seem to wear down badly. A self-cleaning feature of the machine cleans the drum; this makes it so your clothes smell fresh and clean, not musty (as moisture trapped in the door gasket can cause). This can be circumvented by leaving the door ajar. It is a high-efficiency and economical model, always a plus to save money and conserve juice. I got the washer and dryer pair at an extended zero-interest promotion and before the tariffs, so i won this time. The promotion offers probably depend on creditworthiness and timing, but our salesman worked with us to push an 18 month zero to a 24 month. Never hurts to ask for more. I would have given the washer/dryer pair 5 stars, but that would be more apt in about 5 issue-free years. No complaints so far, but i have only had them a tad over a year, so...Still, i am content with them and i do trust the brand.

A quiet washer with little vibration. Lots of cycles to care for clothes. No hand wash cycle but a good delicates cycle.

We bought this as an open box after the our older model Samsung front loader stopped spinning. We wanted something that would fit on the existing pedestal. The motor in the old unit must have been going for awhile as the new model finishes the quick wash cycle much faster and the clothes come out less damp, leading to less drying time. Not only is our laundry done faster, but I'm sure we'll see some savings on the electric bill. One note: both the sales associate and the delivery team stated the new model washer wouldn't fit on the old model pedestal. The new pedestal uses clamps to lock the feet in place. This is not accurate. You simply have to remove the adjustable feet from the washer and it is then fastened to the pedestal with using a 3/8" bolt and washer. We simply used the spacer pads and bolts from the prior unit.

Our last W/D set was also Samsung front loaders purchased over 10 years ago and sold with our last house. We loved that set and these are a nice upgrade. Similar features, but all around better built. They are quiet and seem to be very efficient at doing their main job, cleaning our clothes.

UNTIL NOW MY WIFE IS ENCHANTED WITH HER NEW WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER. SEEM EFFICIENT AND CLOTHING IS WELL WASHED.

The washer is easy to operate. The machine runs quietly and smooth. The machine is at the right height with the pedestal for loading and unloading. The operating instructions were easy to understand and perform. The installers were knowledgeable about the product and very helpful in the operation of it-

Works well. Cleans well. Ratings on line appear deserved. Its too soon to know for sure particularly dependability. Ask me again in a few years.

Bought this for my parents for Christmas. Best choice ever they absolutely love it! It’s very quiet and large enough to wash heavy blankets and bedding. We also opted for the Geek Squad installation, well worth it, very fast and easy, saved my dad (and us) the headache of trying to do it ourselves.

I had a front loader and was waiting. What a mistake this machine is great,quite,large loads and has nice features. I even kept my dryer and stacked it a?whirlpool perfectly with a 4 dollar aluminium angle from dryer to washer with existing mount points. Will be getting dryer also but not yet

Bought to replace my top loader Samsung that was recalled. So much better! Has many options, nice and quiet. The only thing I dislike is that no matter what spin speed you choose, it seems to always go the same speed, which is quite fast. Not sure if my washer is defective or..? I have noticed a slight leak where the glass is. But, so far it works great.

I purchased my first Samsung washing machine about 10 years ago and it was pretty reliable. Recently it went bad so it wasn't worth it fixing it so I purchased this new one. The new machines seem great and they sure much nicer and modern (from the exterior). What I discovered just recently is how DIRTY these new Samsung machines get all over and around the front rubber door seal. I see how high everyone are rating these machines but have you people taken a look at the inside of the door seal, it is super filthy and I found what is technically speaking MOLD. Yeah that's what this is and the machine kind of smells bad with time. I don't remember experiencing this with my first Samsung. Like I said, the machine is great and I like it a lot but I think Samsung had done a poor engineering design job with the front rubber door seal and I advice everyone to take a look for yourselves and make sure to clean and remove that accumulated filth from around several HIDDEN areas around the seal otherwise your machine will smell really bad and might get you or your family sick. Is ironic how these things are supposed to keep our clothes "clean" hahaha :-) I do apologize for the pictures because I actually cleaned and wiped off most of the filth that I found prior to thinking about taking the photos but it looked and smelled so nasty that after I did that I thought about taking the pictures and posting it, but any of you can go take a look at the machine yourselves.
