I've never been so happy with a washer before! This washer does an excellent job with small loads, heavy loads, medium loads or even just a single garment piece! You will not regret purchasing this item! I do, however, recommend a water filter. I used a water filter because I have well water and even though my water already has a filter, I just wanted to make sure the clothes would be protected from any sediments the ground water might contain. This washer is the best investment I've made this year!

Works great. Had a front loader before that died. Got this to replace it. Had some shirts I was about to discard because of stains. Washed with steam cycle and now they're clean. Very happy my old one died.

I still don't know if I will keep these. The washer stinks if you don't leave the door open and I hate that I can't add anything once it's going. Also, the spin is super loud on high. My clothes don't smell as clean as when I used to my old top loader.

Cleans well and runs quietly. It has a lot of functions, almost too many. I wish the rubber seal didn't collect so much dog hair but the filter works well, we clean it every time we wash the dog bedding.

This is our second set of Samsung washer and dryer set, very happy with this product. Reason for this set was due to a recent move and left the last set with the old house. Highly recommend this product for the price point and overall value.

After using a front load washer for years, we thought we wanted to go back to a top loader. What a mistake! We were not happy. Thankfully, Best Buy let us return it. We have been using this washer for about a month and are very pleased.

Love my samsung washer. The only thing I wish it has was a hand wash cycle. The monthly reminder to do a deep clean is a plus. I still like to keep the front door open a bit to help prevent the stale musty smell that my old washer got

This is the quietest most efficient washer I have ever owned. The clothes are very clean and almost dry at the end of the cycle.

Washer does a great job on loads of all sizes. There are multiple settings for any type of laundry. Very quiet and easy to use. I love it!

It looks and work great, no issues in the 4-5 weeks we had it. enough capacity and pretty silent.

Machine is quite and very easy to use has. Ice features and was simple to install took the guy's only a few minutes. The guys installing came on time and were very professional

Purchased the set a month ago for the new house. Washer has been good so far. Like most people when it comes to the new HE machines, my concern was with water levels. I noticed right away some dry spots on clothing I was taking out. After monitoring a wash I realized that the spin cycle is like watching a tornado in a trailer park and is probably sucking the very soul of the fabric out (if not just the moisture). Positive notes, it's still quiet and I imagine it has a lot to do with the short dryer times.

I have only had this wash machine for probably 2 weeks now but I love it. I do not care how dirty your clothes are this wash machine gets it clean and the smell of my fabric softeners stay in the clothes after wash and dry

This particular model was out of my price range. However, it had some scratches right in the middle of the front, PLUS it was marked down for Black Friday. I LOVE THIS MACHINE! And it has features I’m still learning.

I have been using top load washers forever. This is my first front load washer and with the extra buttons to customize your washing load I find this to be a very good washer. The clothes also smell more cleaner than my old top load HE washing machine. I did not get the pedestal but if you are tall you might want to get one as it is pretty low. Overall wait for the special during holiday sales all throughout the year for a great deal. I did and it was worth every penny.

This is a great appliance and perfect complement for dryer at same level. Can't beat the quality and features for this price!

This washer has met and exceeded my expectations. I like having the quick wash cycle, and the normal cycle does a really good job on our clothes. We are a big family and this washer handles our laundry with no problems. We're using less water per load, less detergent per load, The clothes come out clean the first time, and the really dirty clothes from the kids look good as new! I
