For the money, I don't think you can beat this guy. We bought it and its matching dryer when we moved into our new home. Looks great and works great. We even bought the Smart Laundry Adapter from Samsung to be able to control/monitor it from our phones.

I love the size the multiple wash settings and the add door with a big family like mines it comes in handy

Needed to replace our front load Samsung washer. Did our reviews on consumer reports and read product reviews. Initially looking for one with a few more options, but decided that the Samsung 4.5 Cu. foot, 12 cycle HE would do the trick. They had in stock and we were up and running within days.

Used for two years in a house with two young children. Works great no problems. Have been using in stacked configuration. Gets clothes clean makes minimal noise and easy to use controls. Love the ability to add clothes through trap door after the cycle starts.

Love all the great features of this washing machine . The dry cleaning feature is the best.

It is a great machine. It is energy efficient but every 40 cycles, it does a self-cleaning, which takes about 3 hours. Not sure how that affects it energy efficiency. It works well. It is quiet. I would recommend it.

This washing machine has a setting for any type of laundry you would have to wash. The add a forgotten item is a plus. I really enjoy doing laundry now. The machine does sit low so the pedestals would be needed if you don't like bending over to load and unload the machine.

Nice machine, fairly quiet, this MUST be perfectly level to avoid issues, like movement & door leaking, the first month or so, I had to re-level it 4 times, it seems like small loads can throw it off balance? after you get it situated, it works well.

Love this washer and love the ability to add to it once it has already started. Still not sure how to use the steam functions, some make the close too wet... so, if those are things you are looking for, you may want to see if there are other options out there.

This washer has been great at cleaning my family's clothes. This includes a messy toddler and a mechanic. It is slightly noisier than I had hoped, but is manageable if you can keep it behind a closed door.

I have to say, I was a little skeptical on purchasing a front load washer after reading many reviews online. After a lot of research, I decide on this model Samsung, and am so happy I did. Everything went smoothly - from the purchase and great customer service, to the delivery and installation (the guys were amazing, and so nice). We literally ran our washer (and matching dryer) all day with laundry. This was the ultimate test. The washer ran great with no problems. I have to say, the clothes smell so much cleaner than our old top load. It has been a little over a month since our purchase and they are both working great. I did however purchase the extended warranty just in case something were to happen.

This washer works much better than my old samsung.Runs quieter,cleans the clothes better ,& I think overall the machine sensor is better.Id recommend this product to my friends when they are in a market for a new washer.

We have always been top loaders and intended to stay that way. However, after careful research we chose this front loader. I am happy to say it has changed my outlook on doing laundry. I love how clean my clothes are.

This is my second Samsung front load I have Purchased this one is even better than the last quick and efficient! Love the ability to connect to my homes internet! Now only if it could load and move it to the dryer!

Great machine fast delivery and not a scratch on it

The only issue I've had was leveling it. You'd think in this day and age a $1000 msrp washer would self level. Other than that it works GREAT! I'm a chef, I noticed how much whiter my coats were after just one wash!

At first I was intimidated by the number of buttons and thick manual that came with this machine, but after a quick read through, it is intuitive. I love all the settings that can customize the wash to what we need.
