This washer and dryer combo are fantastic for upper floor bedrooms with w/d room. The washer doesn't vibrate with the Samsung VRT and I really wanted a steam washer too so I was glad I waited since prior to this only LG and Whirlpool Duet had that feature that I know about... The Silver ion technology keeps "fungus amongus" smells down from the dark towels without using bleach or much soap. The extra hot feature really gets out sweat stains and can even get old spots clean, esp. on white clothes... I am very pleased so far and we again got a match price discount for 400 dollars or 200 for the washer and dryer each. The stands were a little expensive but we wanted the extra height to decrease bending over too much...

We purchased the set and love them. It is so quiet. It's large enough for washing huge loads, or even an extremely small load. Either way it knows just the right amount of water to put in with the load based on it's load sensing ability. It even has a light to let you see what you're pulling out. Talk about style...

I have seen numerous reviews on these machines. Seems like people love them or hate them. I just purchased this washer to replace an old top loader that was past its prime. My laundry room is on the second floor, so it was very important that the machine I selected have a proven vibration reduction system. This washer is very smooth. It takes about 45 seconds to counter what is otherwise an off balanced load, but then it is as smooth as silk. Even my old top loader (which spins at a third of the speed) wasn't this smooth.

I just purchased the new Samsung washer and dryer and they work great, I’m very satisfied with the products and defiantly recommend to get these appliances, clean clothes, no wrinkles, no spots and most importantly no noise when operates .One word of advise before you spend your money, make sure to buy from a store that could provide what you pay for –the worst experience of my life on buying appliances was with SEARS, it took them 5 weeks of lies after lies from different managers on delivering the items, I got rescheduled 14 times for delivery date until my sister in law told me how great her experience was with Best Buy, I have decided to give them a try and I was impressed with the service ,knowledge and overall I have purchased my appliances the same day and got them delivered within 24 hours .If you are looking for the best go to Best Buy and get your appliances ,you will get what you pay for .

I love my new washing machine. It has cut my laundry time in half. My water and electric bill has decreased. I have a dog in the house so I'm constantly washing blankets, linens and towels and with this machine everything comes out clean and sanitized. The spin on this machine is fast and the clothes come out almost dry. I bought the dryer as well and it hardly has to run as long because the closthes are not wet...they are just damp and dry quickly. I had it delivered and the delivery men were very nice, polite and efficent. The machines my be a little pricey but they are worth the money for what they do and they look excellent.

We've only had the set for a little over a week but really like it. We upgraded from a 25 year old washer that sucked pretty significant amounts of water and was starting to show its age. In a little over a week, thanks to a program on our water softener, we've been able to track a little over a 10% drop in water usage and we expect this to get even better. A little complicated to figure out at first but that's only because it has so many more options than our old washer. The dryer is also great and learning to use it has been easy as everything is menu driven. Still figuring out the best cycles and settings but that'll work itself out over time.

This pair of Samsung machines (washer and steam dryer) are absolutely amazing! I hated doing laundry before this pair arrived, having had machines that took forever to cycle making it a real chore to do laundry. This pair is very efficient, quiet and are also attractive (a bonus). The machines have a nice soft tune they play upon completion of cycle instead of a harsh buzzer, a nice change. You cannot go wrong with this pair of laundry machines in my opinion and experience. This purchase proves you have to spend a little more to get something much, much better. Worth every penny!

Love them!!! They hold double my regular loads!! They use such a little bit of water, but the laundry comes out clean. My husband's and son's funky sweaty stuff comes out smelliing great. They are very quiet and I love the multitude of options (wool cycle, bedding, sanitize, even hand wash!!) The only bad thing is they are soooo much bigger than ordinary washers/dryers. Be sure to measure (my laundry room room is a lot smaller). Do not worry - buy this pair. They are wonderful!!!

this washer with pedestal was a great investment! have had the washer for about six months now and we absolutely have no complaints about it! we were one of the first to buy this product when it first came out so we were reluctant but thanks to Zack, Best Buy, he definitely steered us the right way. We are 100% satisfied with this washer/dryer combo. get the matching pedestals...they definitely help save your back!!!

The washer was delivered in June. Since then, we have had multiple service calls and even more calls to Samsung customer service to express our dissatisfaction for the fact that the washer leaks water every time we wash clothes. First repair was to replace the ring around the washer door (which was defective from the factory). Then it started leaking from under the washer and has continued since. Unvelievably bad customer service. One representative says one thing and the next one has a completely different story. In addition, Samsung can't seem to get a reputable repair company to schedule and perform a repair. Stay away from this washer unless you don't mind have towels sopping up the water from the leaks! For the price, unbelievable problems and even worse service.

I'm very satisfied with the washer. However, the dryer is disappointing. Large items like comforters, sheets, etc ball up and don't dry unless you open the machine and separate every 5 minutes. I follow the tips for drying large items, putting towels in with them, etc. I'm sorry now that I did not return them and buy the Electrolux.

This is a good looking energy efficient machine, it works great looks great, load size isn't huge. really like how cheap it is too run. bought it for the silver which sanitizes even on cold

It holds less clothing than my high capacity top load washer did, a huge disappointment. It doesn't spin out as much water as I'd been led to believe. The wash cycles take a LONG time. My daughter loves hers, but I'm sorry I got mine.

This is the single biggest waste of money aside from buying a boat. Nobody needs anything more than the cheap-o set provides for a fraction of the cost. Our clothes have a funny smell half the time. If you actually have 6 or 7 hours to do the laundry then you might like the silver care and steam cycles and all the fancy useless settings. These units weigh as much as a small car so don't plan on being able to move, clean, or drop anything behind them. Once something gets dropped behind it it is a goner. I would give anything for my old set back. Please don't waste good money on this stuff.

I do not enjoy laundy, but can now tolerate it. You really can't help but say, "what a good investment" since we do a load a day.
