I bought this on 10/14/21 and had to have it replaced that day because the drum was defective. The product was on back order for another month or so and then replaced. It worked well for about 11 months. Then it started making a loud noise when it was running. The balancing pulleys in the rear of the machine went out($30*4) then the cement counterweights on the front and side of the machine broke. Which caused the door to separate slightly and crack ($250) and the pump in the rear also started leaking ($120). So after having it for 13 months the repair cost would be almost $500 and that is without the cost of labor. It is out of the 12 month warranty so now I’m on the hook for repairs. Instead I will be buying another washing machine 13months later, not from Samsung.

I love my new washer and the employee guys that installed it were very profesional and had a great attitude. Very nice to talk to them. I reccomend Best Buy on every purchase you should make.

I originally purchased one in February. After 3 days after installation it broke and flooded my laundry room. After almost a month best buy had to give me their floor models since everywhere else was sold out. Besides the home insurance claim, the replacement set has worked perfect. Maybe the washer I had the 1st time was a lemon. It is quiet and doesnt shake the house. I have noticed my clothes smell and feel cleaner.

I originally purchase the Maytag front loader set to replace me Samsung. I didn’t like the Maytag-too noisy, no interior light and just overall nothing special. Katie at Best Buy arranged to take back the set and I chose the GE set instead. It was delivered last week and for less than the cost of the Maytag I have a set that has lights in both washer and dryer. The washer is quiet and has the auto dispense for detergent which is convenient. It also has wi-fi which alerts me when laundry is complete. The set looks attractive and is of exceptional quality. I’m very happy with this purchase. If your looking for a high end washer at a good price this is the one. It also comes in colors.

I was a concerned with the quality at first since it was such a great deal but as always best buy never fails. Almost 2 years and runs great.

My in-laws had this machine for a couple of years, so when it came time to buy one for myself, I went ahead and got the same machine. Reliable and handles big loads.

I have been dreaming of owning this set. I finally got it and i absolutely love it. It does everything besides fold the clothes for me. And the pink champagne color is just adorable. It is just the cherry on top for sure. Thank you.

We love our new washer and dryer set from Best Buy and the two gentleman that installed the unit were nice and very knowledgeable! The in-store buying experience was a breeze as well!!

Samsung has been bringing new innovations to me my entire life. From TV's, monitors, and kitchen appliances. However, I never knew the impact a new washer and dryer would have on my life. I have been using hand me down my entire life until now. The new front load washing machine looks spectacular. The new champaign color is superb choice and looks very sleek. Side by side it can't be beat. The installation was easy and the delivery was almost perfect. I highly recommend reminding the delivery personnel to remove the shipping bolts from the washer or you will be in for a doozy of a surprise if you start it up. It is a very easy removal but must be done in order for perfect functionality. The Machine is so quiet and much more energy and water efficient than my last machine. I am already starting to see savings in my bank account. I am filling up my water softener with salt much less frequently. My electric bill is dwindling due to the water conservation of the machine which leads to my water heater having to do much less work. The machine uses 1/2 as much water then my last top loader per wash. It pays for itself in just those perks alone. The machine has a variety of washing modes and each is aligned with details in the instructional manual on how to use them. The transitions form the different modes are seamless.The stain removal has been far superior to my older machine. The quick wash feature is one of my favorites. Fresh clothes can be churned out within a half hour. There does not seem to be any loss of efficiency when using the mode either. All in all, I can say that if you are due for an upgrade in the laundry dept, there could not be a better time. Money savings, time savings, water conservation, efficiency, Smart tech, and overall aesthetics are all the reasons why it is time for a change. Don't be like me for the past 10 years and get caught "missing" all the new innovations in the laundry world.

Love the color, and the options, and the sanitize cycle! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This washer cleans well, is very quiet and efficient.

Great machine just make sure you use fabric softness or the machine does not smell after washing.

This washer and matching dryer are great. They have very sensitive touch buttons and give a lot of options for different clothing. The champagne color is a bonus. I needed to replace both washer and dryer on short notice. John the manager at the Holmdel store was phenomenal! John and his team helped me get the best washer and dryer in a very short time frame. They went above and beyond to help me. I will choose Best Buy for my appliances in the future!

Super quiet.. very durable I've done load after load after load.. doesn't use much water at all, Only thing I have to say is if you like to watch your laundry you'll need a flashlight to see through the tint

Samsung got the best washer!! We got this washer 20 months ago and we never had any problem. It’s very reliable as it cleans thoroughly our clothes and beddings.

Washer gave out after just 1 year. The tub would spin at too high of a speed and ended up breaking down - with the part that controls the spin cycle DISLODGING and no longer able to be removed (the circled pic, that part should be about 8" higher, near the top right of the unit). Tore thru the gasket and damaged our tile too (black dust engraved into our flooring because the unit would constantly move on its own - even though unit is level). Manufacturer warranty limited to only 1 year (on an appliance that cost more than $600+??? There are bluetooth speakers for $50 with better warranties). After experiencing such a horrible experience with this unit, looked into other Samsung models & discovered others have similar issues - spin cycle is too high, and break thru the units. There are recalls on them because they are a liabilty. Never buying from this brand again (phones are trash too, updates completely ruin the OS). If by chance your unit works without issue, id consider you lucky.
