Great color and super simple to use. Deff a good price.

We love this washing machine. Really quiet. My 1 year old likes to lean up against the door and feel the vibration. This is big enough to wash anything in your home. I really love the Pre Soak feature. With small kids it really helps to get stains out of their clothes. Got the washer and matching dryer on sale. 1700 for both and the extended warranty

Awesome washer very quiet with clothes, but with blankets it can get a little rough. Still does the job well done. Sensitive touch screen even when you put child lock so you have to make sure that you don't walk away from it :). Other than that it is way better than the ones we used to have. Huge upgrade

So far, this washer has been great for me. I've had zero issues with smell (I have been taking the recommendations to keep the door slightly ajar after loads). The machine is super quiet which was an added bonus. I also like the ability to customize the wash time by making slight adjustments to the soil level, number of spin cycles, etc on the interface. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is that the machine has a steam option that requires additional pieces. There was no mention of this prior to check out (no where that recommended I add pieces to my cart). It wasn't until the installation crew was already at my house that it was brought to my attention that I needed additional parts. The washer still works great. I just can't utilize the steam option.

Got it when the washer was on a sale. Didn't expect a lot because it was a low-end model among front-loading washers. After over six months of use, I can tell it is definitely one of the best buys I've ever did for appliances. It is quiet and does its job.

We had a top loader for 12 years and eventually it got really loud and was barely washing anymore. So we decided on this set and we are definitely pleased with our purchase. The washing machine is so quiet and efficient. Also a plus, we have them stacked which saves us a good amount of space. Definitely worth the money.

Overall solid performer. Not too loud, but not super quiet either. We have it upstairs near MBR and you can hear it a little bit during spin cycle. It does not have an app to program it via wifi, but I did not need that anyway. Other than that it cleans nicely and does what it is supposed to do so far so good, especially at the reasonable price at BestBuy.

This is my third experience purchasing a front loader. The first one lasted forever without any major problems until the end. So far, this one is performing on par with the first. It is user-friendly, quiet, and cleans clothes well. It also has one of the largest capacities for the price when on sale.

Its easy to use. Does not make a lot of noise. Looks great and the detergent area is very nice. The only thing to remember is you will have to clean the machine once and a while because water tends to build up on the seal. And I am not to sure about the Steam option on the washer as I have not used it yet.

It changes my life as i getting older. Clean my clothes faster and helping me wear cleaned clothes throughout the day with steam system for my allergies.

I got the pair and am extremely pleased with my purchases. they are efficient and easy to use. Front loading washer gets clothes so much cleaner than top loading and the dryer takes no time at all to dry the load.

The installation for this washer from Bestbuy was very smooth and quick. The washer is very easy to use and do the washing without much noise. It looks great on the laundry and we like the color. The steam feature is amazing. Recommend this washer for others.

This washer can hold a king size comforter. It has plenty of cycles and settings. It's very quiet but don't expect it to be silent. The champagne color looks fabulous. It's more brownish rather than goldish like it appears in the photos.

We bought a house last month...the washer and dryer that was left didn't suit our needs...we bought the Samsung pair and absolutely love them! Oh so quiet, and easy to operate. My wife is "vertically challenged" so she really likes the front load concept!

This washer has a large capacity and senses how long clothes need to run in a cycle. Clothes come out clean and almost dry. I love the many different settings, especially the water temp and I like the tune it plays when it’s done. Better than being buzzed at. The self clean cycle is a great feature!
