I bought this washer because of it's capacity and the stainless steel drum and it is compatible with stacking. It is rich in features. This washer and the dryer we bought stacked perfectly. In theory you can operate the dryer from the washer controls if you purchase the optional communications cable. May buy that at a later date. My wife and I are both tall, so using the dryer control isn't an issue. She is so excited, carpets we used to have to hand wash in the bath tub came out like they were brand new. This washer is awesome. My only complaint is the music it (and the dryer) plays when done cannot be changed or turned down (very loud). You can turn the sound off or on, that is it. If you are monitoring it's status on your phone, I guess turning the sound off would be okay. Both washer & dryer were easy to get onto our network. Note: washer & Dryer can only talk to one phone via WiFi. If you have space (depth) constraints, invest in a set of stainless steel braid right angle supply hoses before trying to install the new washer.

I absolutely love this item I have had it over a year now and it's the fastest and most thorough with all fabrics! I definitely recommend!!

Even if I haven not been able to explore all the features all what I have seen so far has been great, seems to be very efficient, energy saving, clothes come out really clean, not noisy and been able to connect it with wifi is simply great. If I was ask about to recommend it I wouldn't have any doubt to do so.

Broke after 14 months of use!!!DO NOT BUY! same defect as others have stated in reviews.counter balance weight completely broke off causing damage to drum and other parts!PIECE OF JUNK!

The overall order and delivery time took about 2 months, which was the only disadvantage of this online order. However, Best Buy was the best option given all options such as locality, in-store, online, delivery, total installation and financing options.  The total installation time took about 25 minutes after delivery. The standard washer/dryer cycle takes about 45 minutes, good for regular clothes and bedding. This washer/dryer set presented the best value in style, space utilization, and compactness. If stacking this unit I would advise ordering the SKK-8K kit ahead of the delivery time.

Expremely easy install. Works on the Smart Things app. Little bit if a pain turning the Smart link on and off all the time to open the door.

We have had this set for only 17 months and the washing machine completley destroyed itself last night. I heard a loud banging sound and went in my garage to find my washer dancing! After my husband took the dented now and completley ruined feont off we found this! Parts are not available for purchase either. Now i have a rather expensive, large, useless paperweight! Save your money and don’t buy Samsung aplliances!!

I love the washer. It is super quiet. I just have to get used to the front load feature. Once you start the cycle, you can’t open the door in case you forgot to put something in.

Amazingly space and energy efficient, quiet running.... all around great buy!

We just bought these and so far its amazing, I was even able to connect it to my phone so i get an alert when my laundry is done. I have it set up on my sons pbone because he always forgets his laundry in the washer and he has to re wash it. Love it!!

Very poor built quality. It actually broke from inside in just 13 months of service. The inside screws which holds the tub fell off !! It’s a big manufacturing issue. I will attach the pictures for your reference. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG WASHER !!

Omg this dryer is the best drys fast and plays a little music tune when the dryer stops. LARGE inside this is the best gift I’ve ever had.

I love it, it is very easy to use and practical with other Samsung devices, I just love it!

Purchased these store floor models and I have no complaints. They wash just as great as my older set of Samsungs in my other house. Never have any issues with my washer and dryers other than one belt let loose after 6 years on my old set and had a new one installed. Expect great service out of these units also!

I bought this in April 2022 and from the start I had thumping noise every time it was washing. Now it was a pain to get this returned as I live in a 3rd floor apartment and it has the dryer stacked on top. I believed the noise was just from the loads I put into the washer and ignored it. Months passed and now in November it seems that the balance has popped out. I was washing and then when I opened the door, it just popped out. I financed this with 0% interest for 18 months with the BB credit card. I’m still paying now for a broken product. Will be contacting Samsung as it is still within warranty so they should respond for this.

Washer is good, but the product description was false. I have tried many different ways to contact Best Buy and describe the damage and missing parts that does not match their own definition of "excellent" condition. Still have not received a single response. The condition was fair at best. It's not easy to return a washer, so I'm holding out hope I will hear something back before having to return to a store. At pickup the item was fully packed making it very difficult to fully inspect before transporting home.

Counter weight broke 14 months into owning. Causing $600 worth of repairs to washing machine. Part that broke has even been discontinued

We ordered this as an open box that said it was in excellent condition. It was the ibky one with a 3hr round trip drive. It was wrapped when they loaded it into our truck bed and when we got home and i looked under the bubble wrap it had some huge dents amd dings. There is no way this is excellent condition its fair at best. Be careful ordering online and trusting open box conditions.
