Purchased these store floor models and I have no complaints. They wash just as great as my older set of Samsungs in my other house. Never have any issues with my washer and dryers other than one belt let loose after 6 years on my old set and had a new one installed. Expect great service out of these units also!

Very poor built quality. It actually broke from inside in just 13 months of service. The inside screws which holds the tub fell off !! It’s a big manufacturing issue. I will attach the pictures for your reference. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG WASHER !!

The washing machine ruins your clothes! I have had this for a little over a year and after a couple of months, it started giving me issues with all my clothes due to the inside of the washing machine.

We ordered this as an open box that said it was in excellent condition. It was the ibky one with a 3hr round trip drive. It was wrapped when they loaded it into our truck bed and when we got home and i looked under the bubble wrap it had some huge dents amd dings. There is no way this is excellent condition its fair at best. Be careful ordering online and trusting open box conditions.

Operation is good and you can operate the dryer from the washer if they are connected! I was confused at 1st when the washer gave me a dryer option! But the product works very good! Definitely look at your space the washer and dryer take up a decent amount of space!

Counter weight broke 14 months into owning. Causing $600 worth of repairs to washing machine. Part that broke has even been discontinued

Omg this dryer is the best drys fast and plays a little music tune when the dryer stops. LARGE inside this is the best gift I’ve ever had.

Dryer died so I ended up with this and couldn’t be happier. Steam function is amazing here in Arizona when the air gets dry and staticky.

Upon initial use we realized the door seam cover was separated from the washer drawer. So, the door cannot just be replaced. So, we have to exchange a whole new washer machine. From the time of noticing this damage issue, it will take 6-weeks for delivery.

I bought this in April 2022 and from the start I had thumping noise every time it was washing. Now it was a pain to get this returned as I live in a 3rd floor apartment and it has the dryer stacked on top. I believed the noise was just from the loads I put into the washer and ignored it. Months passed and now in November it seems that the balance has popped out. I was washing and then when I opened the door, it just popped out. I financed this with 0% interest for 18 months with the BB credit card. I’m still paying now for a broken product. Will be contacting Samsung as it is still within warranty so they should respond for this.

I wanted a High-Efficiency washer until I got one. This washer gives so little water that I often have to re-wash the same load, defeating the purpose of saving water. My laundry loads usually come out half dry and forget about washing bedding. I have a queen blanket that always comes out dry in the center because there isn't enough water to wash all of it. I'm very disappointed because I spent $900 on this washer so I wouldn't have to pay Uber to go to the laundromat every week.

I have owned Samsung Washer prior to this Washer and had an excellent uninterrupted experience for over 7 years. Samsung has packaged this fantastic machine with added smartness and upgraded features. You can configure the washing options from you mobile and send them to the washer and also get notified on the time left for completing the washing cycle and end of cycle. You need to install the Samsung Smartthings app on your phone and the app is very user friendly for you to select what you are trying to wash and create your own recipe for washing on the mobile and then send them to the washer. You can then put the clothes in washer and liquid soap in the slot and just play in order to run the recipe. The clothes come out almost dry and makes the drying cycle easy in an energy efficient manner. There is a dial and touch screen to manually select the wash cycle and soil level etc as well. With an optional accessory if you have stacked Samsung Washer and Dryer then the Dryer can be operated from the washer itself by clicking on Dryer in the options. We need to configure Wifi connection for the washer to be able to control the washer from the app and I had a bit of a hiccup for the initial setup as I have MAC binding on my router and the MAC for this washer is not mentioned anywhere. Had to disable MAC binding and find the MAC on my router log and then enable it again to make it work. Once configured it works flawlessly. There are different washing options for different types of material like bedding, wool, delicates etc. The small load feature is fantastic if you want a quick wash for not so dirty clothes. It usually washes within 30 mins. Pros: 1) Easy setup and nice app to configure the recipe as per you choice 2) Looks beautiful and can be paired with Samsung Dryer 3) Lot of custom configurable options on the app as well as the washer 4) Option to control your dryer from washer with an optional accessory so that the dryer can be operated from your washer. 5) Easy filter cleanup and removal of water held inside the washer after completion of washing cycle. 6) Overall installation experience was fantastic which was provided as part of shipping. 7) Big enough room for bedsheets and larger items 8) Stainless steel washing drum Cons: 1) MAC address is not provided hence you need to spend extra time if you have MAC binding on the router to configure Wifi. 2) The black door is a dust attractor and need to clean it almost every day.

Washer machine really good, different types of cycles , efficient and easy to use

Great washer does what is needed. I don’t have room to stack it so I’m not getting everything I could out of the washer and dryer. Overall it does what it should it’s also very quiet. When it is finished you will definitely know the music is loud but it’s that way so my kids will get their clothes out.
