I purchase this washer and dryer combo during Black Friday. The value and rebates offered, made this a steal, so I took the plunge and bought my first Samsung washer and dryer. The Mrs., who uses these machines daily, has had nothing but positive things to say. Both are capable of fitting anything we’ve thrown at them, including our king size comforter. They use a lot less water than our old school appliances, and yet they seem to clean our fabrics better than the older machines. The look of these units is beautiful. They operate with minimal noise, and even play a short little jingle when their cycle ends. Very pleased with this purchase!

I Love this washer, it is efficient and cleans so well, everything looks brand new. It tells you pretty much what to do to keep everything running well, like when to clean the filter or when it needs to self-clean. I am beyond impressed with it's efficiency.

Have really grown to like the AI interface. Admittingly was not a fan with first interactions but have grown to fully embrace the logic of the system. It cleans as expected, is quiet enough, and has been flawless over the past 2 years of ownership. Only gripe is that the wheel used to select options is a bit janky, it has too much play in either direction and almost feels like a defect but rest assured it is not it is designed that way for some reason.

Let's start with the sleek design of this washing machine and matching dryer . While hi tech it's very easy to figure out without referring to the manual . This baby offers many settings ,the tub is so large I can barely reach the bottom when removing my clothes. It's quiet, efficient and will let you know your load is ready with a lovely jingle. I waited a long time to purchase this washer /dryer duo and I am in love with them both .

I bought the Washer and Dryer 2 years ago and I do not regret it. The fast wash is amazing for quick laundry, and the other settings are perfect for my household. It is also nice to know if I want to save space I can get the connections for the dryer to stack.

The best washer and dryer stackable combo for the money, you can steam clean, fluff dry, plus you can speed wash and dry in less than an hour with less water, and it's very quite, if you stack the washer & dryer you can control the dryer from the washer panel if it's to high to reach, this thing can handle small loads to king size bedding loads. Samsung is great for a large family.

We have had this for over a year and really appreciate it. It is highly efficient, can be very fast, and can also be very thorough. I also like that it reminds me when it needs to be cleaned, I feel like I take better care of it and don’t worry about gross stuff building up inside it.

We love this so far! It has been performing well, and is one of the best washers we have owned! Only thing I've noticed is the top surface gets scratched easily, as this is the cats new favorite nap spot. Otherwise, performs well, is economic, and we've had 0 issues.

Easy install, plays annoying five minute jingle after each wash completes.

Been working for a year now, has a good chime to it and is relatively quiet. Good washer. There is a water filter that needs to be drained and cleaned out which can be a little bit of a hassle, but really is not too bad.

Can connect it to your phone using an app. Works really good, easy to get to the drain filter also!

Size and accessibility of this washer is superior to our prior top load machine. Easy to level and install.
