Works fine when it works, and the linking to control the dryer as well was nice. These are stackable with the dryer, as fairly easy to do your self. Door can be switched to other side, which makes placement easier. Support and quality on this is however subpar. First, be warned, Samsung support will not work, let alone come on-site, if you have them stacked. I know, why make stackable unit and then not support them when their stacked. Like selling an add-on to your car, but all of a sudden you can't get oil changes until you take it off. Anyways, our unit died with-in the first year of ownership. Over the phone support gave some weird excuse of it failing an update and needs to be reset. Never did an update, but followed steps to reset (takes over two hours), and its still dead. Playing phone tag with the service center Samsung uses has been a chore. You try to call back and stuck in a queue forever. Then they will text you randomly. Be prepared to repeat what's wrong every call, because notes and ticket history are things of lore. I bought a warranty with BestBuy (in hindsight, this will be a must with these machines), and they came out to look at it with no questions asked. Samsung still has yet to look at it on-site, while my machine has been dead over a month. Who loves visiting laundry-mats when you buy a fancy washing machine?! Anyways, your millage may vary here, but the dryer we bought at the same time is still ticking away. TL:DR - It works well and has nice feature when it work, when when it doesn't, you realize you not all support channels are created equal (also, your need plenty of quarters for those laundry-mats when the machine remains dead for a month+).

Picked up this unit on sale and could not be happier. Good capacity, efficient, quick and smart features let me get notifications when my load is done.

I needed a washer & dryer in a pinch and got a great deal on the bundle. The washer is amazing and I am loving the super speed cycle. It’s so quiet and my clothes are a lot cleaner. Also love the smart feature so I can check the cycle and get alerts on my phone.

this is an easy to use, and quiet machine. I have an older electric dryer that needed to run 2-3 cycles to dry clothes from my old washer, with this washer 1 cycle, even towels! although i can't wait to get the stack gas dryer, lol

This machines shakes violently. I am disappointed with the amount of noise it makes. Otherwise it does a good job washing.

Works great, bearing did go out after 2.5 years, get the warranty!!

That’s a beautiful washer any of the inside is very beak and I can fit all my clothes there and a wife is very nice and the Betten have a lot of choice to set up and wash your clothes very neat washer and very easy to understand

Love this washer and dryer set! It connects via wifi and lets you know when your machine is done on your phone AND your rv if you have it set up properly. Makes it easier to remember to change laundry over.

I love how they look but the dryer doesn’t sense the dryness very well, which is frustrating.

Good quality and work perfectly and it’s easy to use

So far we have loved it. Really like the wifi and to be able to see the status on our phone. Matching washer and dryer that work great as a team. Washer is nice because if you wanted to stack them you could operate the dryer from the washer on the bottom so controls would be in reach. We have tried the steam features and it seems to work well...never had that before.

This washing machine worked super well… for about 18 months. Since then it’s gotten really loud due to a bearing already giving out. We’re having to replace it after only 2 years. Service man says this was his 4th service call on this model in the recent past.

It is energy efficient, it is very fast and quiet. It is a smart machine.

First Samsung washer lasted 10 years. Second lasted 15 months thus hoping this outlasts the second. Cleaning performance is as expected and easy to use.

Very easy to use and works with all sizes of laundry loads. Very quiet and love the alerts on my phone that lets me know the cycle is finished.

Good Large Capacity Washing Machine. Fairly quiet, does make some noise when filling with water, but if it is behind a door you will not hear it. Has a good amount of options, not as many as some more expensive machines, but probably everything most people will ever need. A nice feature of connecting to a cell phone. Great for indicating wash is through. Only down side, long and loud alarm.

Got a very good deal from the discount best buy store! Needed a washer and dryer dryer and got both for the price of 1! I love it and it works perfectly!

This washer is first rate. It has many different cycles from which to choose. It is WiFi enabled and most importantly is very quiet.
