Customer Ratings & Reviews

This washing machine worked super well… for about 18 months. Since then it’s gotten really loud due to a bearing already giving out. We’re having to replace it after only 2 years. Service man says this was his 4th service call on this model in the recent past.

Sleek looking and easy to use controls make this a washer to recommend. Also, does not make much noise when in use.

It’s a nice washer, fast and efficient. Gets the job done, lots of settings to choose from, don’t really use the phone option since I still have to load the washer and close the door. It did dent a little on the top with a little weight put on it, so be mindful of how easy it is to dent and scratch

Got a very good deal from the discount best buy store! Needed a washer and dryer dryer and got both for the price of 1! I love it and it works perfectly!

We purchased this machine because we are Samsung fans. It washes clean and easy to use.

Washes my clothes good, quiet and good quality. The bundle was a good buy and fair and delivery was on time.

I am obsessed with my smart washer. Ive had it for almost 2 years and it still looks and works as new.

Easy set up, simple to use. Not loud. Will let me know when it is time to do the self clean cycle

This is our second Samsung Washer. It is very quiet, very efficient and vibrates very little.

I was a bit intimidated, but once I understood how to work the dial and options I truly appreciate this washer. It is quick and efficient. I can do 3 loads in the time my old front loader took for one small load. My only hope is that the touch controls continue to function without problems. The one minor annoyance is if lean forward it activates the controls.

Washes way more clothes than my old LG and definitely love the stackable option with the dryer.

Samsung washer works great. It is stackable with the matching dryer. It provides a lot of settings.

Easy to use. Very convenient for me since I can adjust the settings through my phone. Love it!

Spacious, fun machine I thoroughly enjoy it singing to me and it does a great job for its intended purpose.

Good quality and work perfectly and it’s easy to use

This is a great washer. Much quieter than our old one. Does a great job on the clothes.

Lots of wash cycle options. Works great. Controls are easy to use and understand.

Excellence washer! Great capacity and does really good cleaning! Easy to set up with the WiFi!

Works excellent, looks really nice and is very quite when running. Good product!

Put in dirty clothes and clean clothes come out! Seriously, the machine is quiet and the smart things app give nice reminders the cycles are finished (Alexa and iPhone app). It also syncs the cycle to the dryer and uses the best dry cycle to match the washer cycle.
