It’s a nice washer, fast and efficient. Gets the job done, lots of settings to choose from, don’t really use the phone option since I still have to load the washer and close the door. It did dent a little on the top with a little weight put on it, so be mindful of how easy it is to dent and scratch

Bought it to replace 10 years LG front load washer. This washer definitely is a lot quieter than my last one and almost no vibration at all. My last washer probably wasn’t installed properly since moving to location and it would shake so badly like the whole house is shaking. The only thing I’m not used to is the intelligent front panel. I’m still used to seeing all the functions and buttons laying out in front panel.

This has been a great washer and dryer set, they have worked out well for us.

I was a bit intimidated, but once I understood how to work the dial and options I truly appreciate this washer. It is quick and efficient. I can do 3 loads in the time my old front loader took for one small load. My only hope is that the touch controls continue to function without problems. The one minor annoyance is if lean forward it activates the controls.

Like so many other products that we purchased over the years another scratch or shall I say multiple scratches and several dents . The quality control has gone way down hill in the past couple of years. We spend a lot of money every year at Best Buy cause husband always likes the newest and best products but Best Buy has just gone way down hill. They try to resale open products as new when they should be cheaper cause of open box and it’s been used. Anyway we’re gonna start buying from somewhere else cause it gets old getting bad products then having to go through the hassle to return it and then wait however long for a new one,and that’s if it even comes in any good

Looks beautiful in my laundry room and now I have to get the matching dryer to go with it. It is an updated version of my 2019 one.
