Such a quiet machine, incredibly simple to use, wonderfully quick wash cycles, clean styling

Had it for a couple of weeks now, and really liking various wash cycle options and how well it is getting things very clean. I was without a washer for a couple of months, so some laundry had been sitting for a while and developing a funky smell. This big machine is doing a great job of getting things looking and smelling good again, even without the steam wash. Blankets, rugs, pillows.... it can handle bigger items too.

We didn't realize our clothes were not really being washed until we obtained this new washer and dryer set. It is very quiet and efficient, simple to understand the controls and use. Only complaint is it should come with the cord needed to connect to the dryer when purchasing both together.

SELF CLEANING FEATURE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND GREAT FOR A FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE. I feel like I have a commercial set in my home. Front load for the win! The washer has a great set of preset selections with many more that can be downloaded using the "SmartThings" app (more on that later). Samsung takes the guesswork out of washing by allowing you to choose towels, bedding or whites just add detergent and start. The washer drains more water out of the clothes than expected. The washer runs quiet and effortlessly. I think my clothes come out cleaner and more fluffy using the tumble washing method vs top loading. WIFI, SmartThings and laundry... it makes perfect sense! I know when my clothes are clean or if someone else is washing. I can add clothes then set them to wash later so that I can dry them right away when I'm around. I receive alerts when washing has completed so I don't have to guess if I need to check on the clothes. The app interface is simple, very clean and functional. You can download other care options for different clothes types, as well. There's a setting for nearly any clothing option. Steam cleaning is great for sanitizing our little munchkin's clothes after school. I also use it to clean and deodorize my work clothes while keeping them wrinkle free. Nearly any item that you cannot or do not want to submerge in water, you can stream clean!

I bought the washer and dryer set in October 2021. After almost three years these are still working and looking brand new! The delivery and instalation was great, my laundry room is super small but the guys that delivered were able to make it work! Now that i am buying a new home i am re purchasing this same pair!

This is our first brand new to us washer and dryer set. They stack nicely in our closet. We have 3 kids ages 2, 6 and 10. Washer does great for getting out stains. With potty training and sports we love the steam and sanitize options. Love the large capacity for our family of 5 and king sheets. Easy to use controls.

We bought this for my mother-in-law since hers broke on her right before the holidays! She loves it, best washer she has ever owned!

I use the normal setting 95% of the time and it does great. I often add oxy powder in the cylinder with the clothes. For deep cleaning I use steam sanitize and it is extremely thogough. My wife uses the delicate setting sometimes. It has way more settings but I get what I need with a few of them. Also I think this uses way less water than top load washers I've used.

I have had this Washer for about 3 weeks and it has performed very well. You really have to read most of the pamphlets and some of the Owners manual because it is electronic and you want to use it correctly. With that being said, the washer is Quiet, does a nice job on cleaning your clothes, and gives me the confidence to just load it, set it, and go.

First time owning a Samsung washer/dryer. I heard many good reviews. I reviewed the price points of this product against others. The value and price point is very modest. Since purchasing the product, it is quiet, does it job right and sends you a notice when completed. I am a happy to say that I would recommend.

Its a great combo everyone must have. Good products, easy to use.

Works fine when it works, and the linking to control the dryer as well was nice. These are stackable with the dryer, as fairly easy to do your self. Door can be switched to other side, which makes placement easier. Support and quality on this is however subpar. First, be warned, Samsung support will not work, let alone come on-site, if you have them stacked. I know, why make stackable unit and then not support them when their stacked. Like selling an add-on to your car, but all of a sudden you can't get oil changes until you take it off. Anyways, our unit died with-in the first year of ownership. Over the phone support gave some weird excuse of it failing an update and needs to be reset. Never did an update, but followed steps to reset (takes over two hours), and its still dead. Playing phone tag with the service center Samsung uses has been a chore. You try to call back and stuck in a queue forever. Then they will text you randomly. Be prepared to repeat what's wrong every call, because notes and ticket history are things of lore. I bought a warranty with BestBuy (in hindsight, this will be a must with these machines), and they came out to look at it with no questions asked. Samsung still has yet to look at it on-site, while my machine has been dead over a month. Who loves visiting laundry-mats when you buy a fancy washing machine?! Anyways, your millage may vary here, but the dryer we bought at the same time is still ticking away. TL:DR - It works well and has nice feature when it work, when when it doesn't, you realize you not all support channels are created equal (also, your need plenty of quarters for those laundry-mats when the machine remains dead for a month+).
