Love the new up grade. This is a great addition to our new house.

This is by far the best washer ever. Because it is a front load it allowed me to put a countertop above it for folding close. Quite, fast and full of features.

Washer needs small loads only or the door locks and continues to add water and spins for the entire day. You quite literally need to manually drain the water from the bottom for the door to reopen. As for the dryer… it pull more amps than it states, overheats and trips the breaker every time you start the dryer. Both an electrician and Samsung did not know how to fix it. It’s a new home and 2023 new washer and dryer. Never buying again.

Love love love my new washer. Very quiet. Takes away lots of pet hair during wash.

If it is not a samsung product don’t purchase. Every appliance i purchase is a samsung and from best buy and i have never had any regret. You can’t go wrong

I love my new washer! I’m replacing a 13 yr old Samsung with this new updated one. Operates are just about the same but nicer and it works much better than the old one!!

The washer and dryer stackable unit work just great. Stackable kit was easy to assemble. The only problem we had was our top of the washer was crushed in and bent out the back. ..must have been from stacking in the warehouse as the styrofoam wrap on the unit was not damaged.

Got the washer also. This things drys a load of towels in 40 minutes. Awesome.

Modification required for laundry closet, these are deep, has had one issue with “insufficient water supply” next load ran fine…i like the notifications when something is done.

I love the steam sanitize feature, especially for my husband work shop clothing. Cleans and fresh! No residue work scents! Steam whites is also really good!

I don't have any real complaints although I do wish it had a light inside the drum. Also, make sure to only add a little detergent, a little liquid goes a long way!

Has a lot of functions. Great so far. Project turned out really neat.

This washing machine is AMAZING. Samsung went above and beyond. I love it and would highly recommend. I will forever purchase Samsung appliances!

The washing machine has a rattling sound during spinning. Still observing the machine due to rattling sound that’s why giving it a rating of 3.5

I like it because it don’t make a loud noise. Energy savers machine.

This is by far the best dryer ever! Not only does is not ruin my clothes, but it dries faster than any dryer I’ve ever had! I love the steam sanitize and refresh settings!

Great little washer, so many different wash cycles to choose from. No noticeable vibration even on high speed spin cycle.
