Door is flimsy and keeps hitting my kitchen door when I open it. Also previous pedestal didn't fit so it sits lower on the floor. Hard to bend for this senior. Like the finish musical notice like before.

Six days after warranty, it stopped draining water. We spent hours with Samsung support diagnosis by text messages. In the end the technician had to come in to fix. We don't know yet how much it would cost to fix.

Efficient water consumption, requires a drip pan when you purchase for total tech geek squad installment. Because geeks squad will not install without it if you have second floor laundry for your home

The estimates we received to repair, were more than 50-60% of the cost for a new machine. So needless to say we needed a new one.

Poor customer service and unprofessional teams

I have a bad experience with Best Buy and geek squad. Geek squad team had me Change an outlet for no reason. They sent me a broken washer and the guy named John said that the outlet needs to be replaced. I had to pay money to electrician for no reason. They came and replaced the outlet. The next time the came for installation the washer still wasn’t working. I will not buy anything from bust buy anymore. I have been having a hard time with the customer support and installation process. Very unprofessional, poor customer service.
