Great product. Easy to operate with many features. Dries cloths great and like the filtering system. Have the matching washer and it works great also.

Upgraded our 23 year old washer and dryer. Super sleek set. Has a stackable option if we ever need it. Lots of options for drying. I do wish you could change the sound when load is done, it plays an entire song!

This is my second samsung washer and I have ZERO regrets. The last one worked for 8 yrs straight until I had some electrical issues but thats another thing. Definitely this washer is the one!!!

It's perfect! I was looking for something can do wash some clothes dirty. My husband work in landscape and his chlotes are a super dirty. This machine can do pre soak and it's amazing. Becareful with the top is to delicately.

I've only had the washer and dryer for one day but I love the look of the set in my laundry room. So far so good and it's my second Samsung set like this. The others purchased in 2016 were still working great but I just wanted to move away from the burgandy color.

Very pleased! Replaced an older Samsung dryer that I had on a pedestal/drawer that I was going try to use. They were not able to use so we had the new washer and dryer stacked. We stacked the pedestals and put a top on for folding clothes and worked out fantastic!

I got this because it said it had less vibrations and looked like it would be great but it is kind of loud when it spins and its definitely not level i am not sure if a leg was bent when it was delivered or something but it seems to wash my clothes great and i like the self cleaning mode. I will probably get a better one though when i can afford it. I am glad i got 5 year protection on it.

The washing machine is a good machine to be used but sometime it get hot and you have to wait for it to get cooled off before you use it again

This washer gets items clean BUT, it weighs 200 pounds. If you move, have some muscle ready. I am also NOT a fan that every couple of weeks it forces itself into Self-Clean mode which takes 4 hours to complete and a ton of water!!! I would save your money and get a hotpoint for half the money.
