The washer works great, the experience from walking into Best Buy and shopping, buying , delivery, installation was stellar. I will be waiting for Cyber Monday to purchase the new Samsung 95 inch TV

OMG! The many different directions the laundry is tossed makes for cleaner laundry, even what's been washed AND dried before. I love that there no bin "tube" that forces you to thread laundry around it. Dump it, set to the clean state you want, press go and it's done. For the set I bought, I'd have expected to pay a lot more at a much higher cost, and I shopped before purchasing.

Good modern budget clothes washer with HE options. East to set-up, works well so far. Note: does not include water lines, or at least mine did not.

Samsung is my preferred source for electronics but I was hesitant to try their large appliances. I'm glad I did. I have owned every "American" brand at some point, and the engineering & construction of this one puts them to shame. The controls take a little while to get comfortable with, but are actually very simple. And they are identical on the dryer, so whatever you set the washer on, just match it on the dryer. No thought required. The only thing I would change is the ability to keep a standard setting instead of selecting it each time. But even that is just a quick twist of the knob.

When the washer arrived to my house I thought I was going have to muscle it in to my washroom. I was getting my hand truck to pick up the washer, then these 3 big Samoan, arrived to my house, and said excuse me sir, we got you. Then I replied back to the 3 Samoan guys ok I'm not going to argue with that. Also, the 3 Samoan guys used leveler to make sure it runs better. Then to make sure everything ok, gave me quick run down on how the washer works, then i signed the paperwork, then said thank you.

Purchased the washer and dryer set on sale for Memorial Day weekend. We love the set, they work amazing and have exceeded our expectations, plus the set also looks pretty premium. We also purchased the 3 year geek squad protection for ease of mind.
