Customers regard the 4.6 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator highly for its excellent cleaning performance, quiet operation, and large capacity, making laundry day easier. Many appreciate its ease of use and efficient design. While some find the washer deeper than anticipated, the positive feedback on cleaning, noise level, and capacity outweighs this minor drawback. It was a nice washer and dryer for its price.Just to high for us.Just our drain cant accomodate its overflow, reason that we have to return. If our drain was up to the capacity of the overflow of the water from the washer. It could have been a good buy for us..

I love the large capacity of the washer and the variety of settings, even the custom settings. The pre-treatment sprayer is a great feature. The only issue I have is the softner & detergent leak out of the compartment they're poured in to prior to when they should be and have stained some items. However, we add the liquids and begin the cycle and once filled with water partly, we add clothes. That's frustrating, but everything else is greata

Washer works really well, we love having a top load with the agitator again! When you want to load the washer and then start it later having the WiFi ability to do just that when your not home is awesome. We love it!

So far, so good with this washing machine. The capacity is enormous and my clothes come out very clean. The washer is quiet and I absolutely love the water jet that lets me treat stains right inside the machine.
Does a great job of spin drying clothes. Huge tub.

The main reason I purchased this washing machine is that our old front loading machine did a horrible job of spin drying the clothes. My electric dryer often took hours to dry a single load since the clothes were so wet. This one looked like it would do a good job of that.
The second reason is that I wanted a machine with an adjustable water level. I was tired of using water saving machines only to have to use a second rinse because they leave too much soap in the clothes, or them simply not getting things clean enough.
On the first point, this washer does incredible. It does the best spinning I have ever seen, and our laundry gets dry in a fraction of the time it used to take.
The water level however is annoying. If you wait with washing till you have a hamper full, you'll just want to use the extra high level, even though it may seem like more water than you need. The regular high level is way down in the tub and does not cover what I consider a medium size load. Clothes stick out several inches and don't get pulled under by the agitator during its normal movement. Also, the auto water height selector does not pick a high enough water level even after calibrating. So for me the water level feature only works for small loads which I almost never do, which is why I deducted a star.
Otherwise, I am quite happy with this washer. It washes more clothes than any other washer I have ever owned, still getting them clean and spun dry. It has all the basic settings I use, along with nice pre-wash options. It's nice to be able to check your laundry through the glass lid, and be able to pause it to fix any issues. I would recommend it, so long as saving water is not your primary objective.

Got this guy as a replacement for my 13 year old Samsung washer. 2 months into it, it’s working great with no problems. It’s a little bit louder than I had expected. The only negative thing I’ve encountered so far is when washing a rug or anything heavy when wet is you must load it in there where the weight is equally distributed or it will pause & say uneven load. Other than that it’s working perfectly.

So far loving this washer. This is our second Samsung appliance and didn't hesitate to purchase based on experience with Samsung. The controls are straightforward but give lots of options. Spins well so less drying time than with our old washer. Really like the clear top. I haven't tried this yet but capacity seems like it will be enough to do queen size bedspreads rather than taking them to a laundromat.

The washer is the silent hero of my home. With its whisper-quiet operation and cutting-edge AI-powered cycles, it turns laundry from a chore into a breeze. The EcoBubble technology ensures my clothes are spotless while being gentle on delicate fabrics. The added SmartThings app compatibility? A game-changer! I can start a load remotely while binge-watching my favorite show.
