Con: On line description says head ph jack - not found. Not great sound with internal speakers, down reflected design. Needs a sound bar. Pro: Great picture. Complicated setup, but once familiar somewhat easy to use. Initial bluetooth setup failed, but then worked at BestBuy.

Great buy on this TV. The picture is fantastic!. It was easy to set up and connect to the internet. Intuitive Smart TV features and menu. The size is perfect for my location.

Bought this TV for my girlfriend because she was in need of an upgrade from her last one. This TV had a lot going for it for the price range and that it made it easy to compare to other sets and then eventually purchase. Ordered it online and picked it up within the hour. Setting up the TV was easy just needed a simple screwdriver and that's it. Connected to her WiFi quick and easy and switching between apps and Cable is a breeze. Although fair warning some people might not like the remote because it does take some time to get used to but after that learning period it's really awesome.

I have bought 4 of these Samsung TV (1 55", 3 40") for myself and family. They are incredibly sharp, easy to set up, all the apps and services I could want and the Smart remote is brilliant. The 55" I run on a home theater setup with signals coming in through a Pioneer Elite AV amp (Apple TV, Blue Ray player, etc.) and the TV figures out the controls for each unit including the Pioneer and automatically programs itself and displays the configurations under Sources. Painless and efficient. I also run a digital TV antenna into it and the receiver is incredibly strong. Great value!

This TV gives a superior 4k picture for the price. Since I am one step from blind (or so it seems at times) I need an excellent quality picture to see without glasses or contacts when I am unable to wear them. I get that with this Samsung. I also like the smart features on the tv which makes it very convenient when I want to stream YouTube or Netflix. The only problem I have is some of the apps are hard to navigate, but otherwise I would definitely recommend this tv for anyone whose budget doesn't allow for the more higher end tv's.

Bought 4 TVs for multiple living areas upstairs and downstairs. These offer great pictures and were easy to set up and hang on the wall. The price was right and Best Buy matched or beat Amazon.

Love the new Television, it is a perfect size, as a beautiful picture, it is very easy to work.

Very nice picture and packed with features. I'm giving it 4 stars not because of the TV itself, which I think is great, but for the simple little remote. All the televisions now seem to be coming with these little remotes that don't have many buttons so you have to go searching through a menu rather than just jumping to a particular screen. This TV works great with a nice programmable remote like the Harmony One.

My new Samsung smart 40" TV has already delivered excellent results. Getting started and accessing features proved simple. The Best Buy Agent who assisted us in the consideration and purchase of the TV listened and provided several options before purchase. We felt we were well served by her knowledge of the products and the area of technology she covered. Great purchase; great buying experience; great customer service.

Purchased Samsung 40 inch tv to go in a small den. Perfect size for this room.The picture is sharp and very bright, Can't go wrong with a Samsung flat screen tv, Easy to use Smart Tv apps makes it a great buy! I would recommend a Samsung tv to anyone looking for a new tv.

Great Samsung tv. It is a smart tv. set itself up completely 100%. It identified my cable box, programmed new remote to control box. It setup the internet connection effortlessly. I've had the TV for about a month now and I love it. Very easy to use Easy menu options. Has great sound in the picture clarity is out of this world. I can't say enough about this TV. This was my 4th Samsung TV I've bought for our house. An upgrade for a Samsung TV I bought back in 2008 (and still worked great). Really wanted the 4K resolution and found this TV to meet all my needs at an awesome price. Great picture, access to Netflix/HBO GO, easy to setup and use. Just another overall great quality TV from Samsung. I'll never purchase a different brand.

I like it. Great picture & many other features. Two weeks prior I purchased an LG 43 inch 4K TV but I just could not get the picture I wanted I wanted, too dark. Went to back Samsung & I am happy. One irritation, after several hours it wanted signal a source input again. Tech support said fixable with a firmware update. Seems to have been resolved. Funky remote.

Perfect size for office wall...great sound ..easy setup with Wi-Fi..

First 4K TV, bought it for gaming have been able to watch some shows on it as well beautiful picture especially in sunlight scenes, darker shows do not look as detailed. Bluetooth hookup works great for speakers, although said I could connect two speaker chairs, it only allowed one at a time, had to hard wire the second one from the first.

My family has several Samsung TVs and none of them disappoint. I bought this TV about half a year ago and have not had an issue since. Setting up the TV was pretty easy! There are a ton of apps (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) that can easily be accessed once the TV is connected to Wifi. The color and picture quality are amazing on this TV!!

I was very happy with this TV despite its unwillingness to work with my PS4 at times (more than likely a software conflict). The picture is beautiful, the size is perfect, it's incredibly lightweight. I specifically sought out a decent smart TV, the 4k is a lovely resolution bonus that I've been very happy with. It was incredibly convenient to open up Netflix and other apps right from the home screen without having to turn on another console to do it - though it's worth noting that Netflix doesn't always play nice with this TV and sometimes you have to start it a couple times for it to work. This was not big enough of an issue for me to dock any stars, however.

My family bought our first HD TV back in 2010. It was a Samsung, and we got it from Best Buy. We really liked it, and it still works perfectly today. I wanted a new TV for my bedroom, so I looked to see what Best Buy had. I really wanted a 4K TV, and saw this TV on sale. It's great, I really like the picture as well as the user interface. The remote really looks simple, especially compared to the remote to our previous TV, but it's really all you need to work this TV. The voice control works great, and is pretty cool. There are plenty of apps (YouTube, Netflix, ect.). I do wish it had a 3.5mm audio port, I hate that so many companies are dropping the 3.5mm port from their products. You can use Bluetooth to connect to headphones or an external speaker or soundbar, and there is an optical audio connection too. Video games look really good on the TV, I have my Nintendo Switch connected to it and I love it. I would say that this TV is good for a small living room or for a bedroom.

I really wasn't expecting to see a huge difference when replacing my LED TV with UHD/4K. Every new development is hyped so much. But I am incredibly happy with this TV. The picture was startling to me, so clear, especially (of course) with shows being streamed at 4K. I didn't get a larger model because it's for a small master bedroom sitting area. I added an inexpensive sound bar, but the built-in sound was decent. I love being able to sneak a peek at my Facebook or websites, but haven't used that a lot. Set up was easy. The remote is easy and I can still use my Spectrum remote to type in channel numbers.

I did a bunch of research on this type of TV before I purchased it (Smart TV - UHD). It has the most features at the best price. Best Product's price was cheaper than anywhere else for the same TV (even cheaper than Club stores or Samsung itself). Very easy to set up and program. One drawback and it's where we have the TV and not the TV itself. We have it sitting in a corner entertainment center. Since the speaker is in back of the set, the majority of the sound stayed in the cabinet itself. Easy remedy though - bought an inexpensive sound bar and it works like a champ. I like Samsung and this really is a great product.
