I was deciding between this Samsung and Sony and went with the Samsung because of the higher refresh rate. I watch lots of sports and wanted a great clear picture. I now have just what I wanted. The price was great & easy to assemble and set up.

Bought this TV so I can stream Netflix and other services. It was an easy setup. Only downside is HBO go isn't available on this tv just yet. Otherwise great product.

Love Samsung and love this smart tv! Excellent theater sound, so much I can do on this new smart tv. Best decision I made in picking this Samsung. All my electronics have come down to all being Samsung. But this new TV was a fantastic choice. Just wish the price was better like anything, you want a great deal!

Purchased the LED TV as an open box. Picture is great! Video up-conversion is nice. Remote is so-so.

When shopping for a new tv, the quality of the color and picture compared to the ones surrounding the one I bought sold me. The color was far richer, almost to the point of being dynamic. I am satisfied with my purchase and would do it again!

I went in to buy a larger tv by a different brand but after browsing the other selections I found this beauty of a set. Great picture and looks great in my small apartment living room. Perfect size for a bedroom or small living room

I am a Sony tv fan. Since Samsung has raise their reputation many years already! So I am give it try for the first time! Wow! Amazing quality once I connect all the component to it and turn it on. Good quality pictures! Highly recommend .

40" LED was easy to set up. It has good picture quality.

Great TV. Great picture. Good sound. Only complaint would be I wish it was a little larger. This model is the one to get. Other models are larger but the quality is much better on this one

I purchased this item and was very pleased with the picture quality. I thought about buying a 4K HD but didn't think I would see that big of a difference by paying more money. Awesome!

Nice picture quality - color, brightness, etc. Good sound. Easy to set up and adjust to your preferences.

Excellent Smart LED TV has high quality HD digital picture. When the TV is first turned on, the initial setup immediately starts. It has the Smart Hub and an e-manual containing information about the key features of the TV.

First unit we bought worked 30 minutes and failed. Returned for an exchange. The new unit is working just fine although had a burnt smell for about the first 2 weeks. Display is weak in viewing angle. Saturation on-axis isn't bad once you find some custom settings to use. The function to automatically adjust to room brightness could use some work. It tends to make the display consistently too dim. SmartTV functionality is good. Size is right. It doesn't take up much room.

We are satisfied with the picture quality. The apps need some work. There is a lapse in response time, especially with the Time Warner cable app. We purchased this product (smart tv) with the intent on using it to stream movies/televsion shows. We have had to "reboot" the product once already as we were unable to open any of the apps. The problem seems to have resolved. Overall we are pleased with our purchase.
