I looked over reviews before purchasing the Best Buy exclusive Samsung UN40J6300A LED TV and found it was rated the best 1080p LED TV for 2015. I needed a new secondary TV for my family room/kitchen nook area and 40" size was just right. Picture quality and features are excellent including the new smart TV functions that works well with my wifi from the other end of my house. I got a wall mount that allows for swiveling the TV's view angle over +/-45 degrees so I can adjust it to view it from the kitchen or the family room small dining table and that works great.

This is my third TV in the same Samsung series. All of the quality that I expect from Samsung is here, the value being bought at Best Buy at the sale price was great,and the features are loaded in the Smart TV 120 megahertz series, which proves to be more versatile than any of the competition or the value brands. As with any flat screen purchase be sure to optimize your TV to your surroundings and a YouTube video may help you to do this

After visiting the best buy store and website many time trying to find a replacement for my previous tv that started to have pixels go out and one of the hdmi ports go out a store employee showed me thus tv. At first it seamed a little small compared to my old one, but after bring it home it was preferfect for our room. The picture quality is great and the smart features are nice bonus. Didn't think I would use them much, but find myself and family using more and more of them. The sound is ok, but I did pick up a sound bar.

I purchased this tv for my son's room and he loves it for gaming and all of the smart tv features. It was super easy to set up and the picture is fantastic.

Great TV for its size. Beautiful color. Was so simple to setup right out of the box. The remote is easy to read & the keys on it light up. I am very happy with my purchase!

Wasn't sure if I would like a Smart TV or not. Did not know what to expect. I have to say I love the tv and all the features. I was able to connect to my Amazon Prime right away. I am not the worst with computer connections but definitely not the best. I have a very old Samsung TV in a bedroom and the picture is still clear and tv is going strong so that is why I choose another Samsung. Dependability is very important to me and Samsung TV's provide that.

This tv has great picture, is user friendly and quite light for mounting on the wall, plus it keeps a low profile. I gave a 4 star review because of some latency from pressing a button to the tv reacting.

I replaced an old 37" Sony Bravia flatscreen with this 40"Samsung. The difference is incredible! How technology has changed! This model has less blur with action during sports events making it a pleasure to watch. It's crystal clear and The smart TV features are wonderful.I am still learning some of what this amazing TV can do. Was originally looking at the 5500 model, but after careful shopping I was able to upgrade to the 6300 for the same price, So glad I did!

This is by far the best TV I have ever purchased. The set up was super easy. I had zero issues connecting to my network. The sound quality was better than expected too. There are a ton of easy to use features included with the unit to meet anyone's needs. I could not be happier with this purchase.

I went with Samsung with my first flat tv and decided to stick with the same brand. Setup is easy. This has one analog input. Given that we still use VCRs and regular DVDs, more of these inputs would have been better for us. I couldn't get my old receiver/sound system to quite work with it (UGH!). I had to download a manual and it doesn't seem to answer all the questions. I've had to google a bunch of things. There was also one instance where the tv went dark when an episode of Mike and Molly was dark and didn't seem to recover. So I had to up the backlight 2 to the maximum 20. I haven't seen the problem since, but it makes me leery. I hope these tvs were built to last.

Exactly what we were looking for, easy to set up, wifi works great, good picture, attractive unit, adequate number of inputs, and reasonably priced.

Great picture; easy to navigate menu system; lots of HDMI inputs/outputs; Internet access; light weight; very nice TV.

This is the second Samsung TV i brought I got one for my daughter for her birthday she and i love it so much the picture was like glass so clear seem like the people on the TV really in front of you so when i needed a TV for my guess room that was inexpensive on got another on very please with this one also.40' led 1080p smart HDTV Samsung

I bought this TV for a space that had previously been designed for an old tube television. I decided on this one primarily because it was one of the few if only 40'' TV that ran at 120htz. As an occasional gamer this was very important to me. After setting the TV up I was definitely not disappointed! Great picture quality and the design is very thin and attractive. Cannot recommend more highly

Overall a great performing TV with only a few small issues. I have been very happy with the picture and it's features. Support for bluetooth headsets makes it perfect for a bedroom TV as you can watch TV at night without disturbing your partner. I am a little concerned that when I went to register it online with Samsung, the model number wasn't recognized. There is a 32" and a 50" in this series, but no sight of a 40". Not sure what that means for support and updates moving forward. One other small gripe is that the TV claims to support SmartView 2.0, but I can't get it to connect to my SmartView 2.0 enabled device. The device sees the TV, but then won't connect with the error message that the TV needs to support SmartView 2.0. Bottom line. It's an overall great performing TV with a robust feature set, but may suffer from a couple of issues that hopefully get fixed with updates in the future.

It has pretty good picture quality, handles motion good and has decent features, but it isn't perfect. The colors change when viewed at wide angles, has really thin borders, and the TV blends into the room. This TV is pretty good for watching movies. The blacks are pretty deep, and there few uniformity issues. For the most part, the picture quality is pretty good. The stand is kinda cheap though. It is almost all made of plastic and the TV wobbles when you push it or bump it hard.

The Samsung Smart TV (Model UN40J6300AFZA) has met all of my expectations. Besides the picture quality the Smart features are great to have. Whether it is streaming youtube videos, searching the web, or connecting other devices (such as a tablet or laptop) this TV does a good job. I also believe the quadcore processor enhances the streaming/web experience. I did plenty of research before purchasing and no place else could match the deal I got at Best Buy, especially when it was an open box purchase.

We had bought a Sony 55" smart tv earlier this year and like it very much, then this Dec. bought a 40" Samsung smart tv which also has a very clear picture. Both were easy to set up. I would definitely recommend either of these tvs. Both have excellent pictures and seem to be quality tvs.
