This was a great purchase for our bedroom. The TV is perfect size for most master suites!

I needed a TV of this size that could run a video file from an external USB stick and then keep repeating it. After trying other brands which couldn't do it, this Samsung fitted the bill perfectly. All at a good size and for a good price. This TV worked great for me.

The smart television is a good product. Would be nice to have it come with a universal remote. It also needs a dvd or blu ray player built in as well.

I love this 40" Smart TV. It's has everything that I need & then some more. If is so much better than the model below it. The difference of the 32" to the 40" are so many, the size just being the most obvious one. You really can't buy a better Smart TV

The Samsung brand continues to be impressive. You will not be disappointed with the 40 inch 1080p model . it works well with streaming and live YV. Having a smart TV eliminates the need to add Apple or roku, The remote works as it should and the picture quality is impeccable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a smaller size unite for a bedroom or office.

So my need for this TV is a little out of the norm. I use a TV in my home office as my computer monitor. I work on projects that require a lot of information in several different programs such as Visio, Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Some of my drawings are extremely detailed. Therefore I use a 40" TV so I can see it. (I am ignoring the fact that I am getting older and have a harder time seeing stuff.) I use my TV not just for one computer monitor, but as a monitor for two computers, a set-top box (for TV) and an XBox game console. That was one of the deciding factors for me, this TV has 4 HDMI interfaces. Another requirement for me is that it supports 1080P resolution. The final factor was that it is a Samsung. I have had such superior luck with Samsung. This TV replaced my last Samsung as a monitor. That TV lasted 8 years with 16+ hours of use daily.

My third Sumsung TV,first Smart TV. Cannot go wrong with Samsung. Highly pleased.

This set has a thin frame so the display seems even larger. Looks great hanging over our fireplace!

We wanted to add Smart capability to our kitchen/bar area. After reviewing features and picture quality in the store we chose the Samsung. The bright, sharp picture is outstanding and the Smart function is easy to use for streaming entertainment.
