User friendly. Very good sound and picture for the price paid.

Great price and nice tv. I buy plenty of them for work and usually always buy this brand and model.

Samsung is known for their amazing picture quality. This TV is so clear and pure it looks like I am in the scene with the actors. It has a great sound quality and was easy to set up the SMART TV. The only thing keeping it from 4 stars is the ease to search for apps to download.

Returned an Insignia set (which had a vertical line after only 3 days) and picked up this one instead. I'm much happier with every aspect of this one. I've been using it for over a month now. It has a good sharp picture. The audio sounds well enough if you want to use the tv's speaker. And 3 HDMI is plenty for myself. Went ahead and hooked it up to Wi-Fi without any problems, then or since. Logging into Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon was also easy, and have only had to do once. Wish it's smart hub had HBO Now, instead of HBO GO, because I wanted to subscribe to that. Haven't really gotten used to the remote. I just don't like this remote much, but it will suffice

Bought a TV had audio problems. Returned for a replacement. Second TV operating normally. First TV came with a smart remote that could learn from other remotes. Thisdoes not have that feature yet the tvs are identical models. Miss that feature !

Very good picture quality. I've been happy with the refresh rate thus far when watching over the air content and streaming shows. Easy to set up with wi-fi network. Only concern is ease of using the smart searching feature and lack of customizable apps. Wish I had Watch ESPN.

This is my very first flat screen tv and I am impressed with the image quality. The quad processor to me is important since I stream hulu plus and netflix and the wait time to load is minimal.

Very nice tv. Had issues with it cutting of by itself but a manual update fixed that issuse. I am happy with my purchase. Improvements could be made in the connectivity department but it's certainly not a deal breaker. If you have a Samsung phone, the mirroring feature works great.

This TV has everything I was looking for. Have it wall mounted so I was looking for a thin smart TV. Excellent picture and sound quality.

Great display plus performance at a very fair price. We have four Samsung smart TV's plus three companion Samsung Bluray players (also smart technology), and we find these extremely reliable with very user friendly command menus.

I was looking for a tv for the bedroom, something reasonably priced that I wouldn't need to get a separate streaming device to watch Netflix etc. with. I could not be happier with this set. It grabbed my wifi from the next floor down with no problems, and the interface for Netflix and the like is quicker and more functional than a lot of entry level smart tv's I've seen. Picture is great, sound is more than adequate for the room, and no complaints with the remote. I would definitely buy the same model again.

Smart TV is missing "Sling" app, otherwise has all you need. Best Buy staff are excellent in their product knowledge--in choosing TV and making sure I had all the pieces for set-up.

We had seen HD video on friends' T.V..s and were jealous of their T.V.'s versus ours. Guess what, we went to your store and bought a new T.V. It iis superb. The change in both the video and the audio is so dramatic that I might begin to watch more Television than just the news. Thank you.

We bought a smaller TV than our last one while downsizing. This SAMSUNG HD is wonderful. We were delighted to discover better color, clarity, and voice control; and it was so much easier to set up than our VIZIO. I will never buy a VIZIO again. This price was a pleasant surprise as well.

Best Options and modes a TV can ever have. Screen modes is the best anyone should ask for. The energy efficiency mode is also great. Smarthub is a blast to have and not needing a media box in the bedroom is a space saver.

My wife keeps our grandson on a regular basis during the week and needed to add a television to our upstairs room for his TV time. This unit was a great fit for the space we had available. It was extremely easy for my wife to set up and get running. Definitely worth the piece-of-mind.
