I've really enjoyed this TV since I purchased it a few months ago. The picture quality is fantastic and works well in my living room (which is quite bright). The blacks are pretty uniform and the picture gets bright as well. I also use the TV with my PS4 and have had no issues gaming with it at all. Solid purchase for the price.

Best Buy REFUSED to allow return after 20 days!!!!

This TV basically has it all. Smart technology that allows you internet access and gives you the possibility of using a ton of apps, great stock speakers, energy efficiency, very fast quad processor for app usage, an unbelievable picture, and LED lightness and slimness. It's an incredible buy for the low price.

I bought this TV because the picture quality is superb. Also, I wanted 4 HDMI inputs. So many TV's only come with 2 and if you plug more than a cable box and blu-ray player in you are out of luck. The Smart Hub is fast I assume because of the quad core processor. Very happy with purchase.

I return an Sony bravo and got this one instead. Mainly return Sony as i did not like the sound and to have to buy a sound bar was not a good idea for me due to lack of space and just didnt want to spend the extra cash. This tv the sound was great so no need for a sound bar. Also the picture was clearer for tv signals that was not Hd ready( no cable tv) But i got hd now and wow, picture is great too!!!

Once I did some custom calibration (selecting dark black very important), I was amazed at the picture quality. It's so good I almost feel like I'm watching 3D, the images just leap out at you and are so sharp and crisp. The colors also are exceptionally bright and vivid. The sound quality is more than decent. This is my second Samsung, and I'll never consider another brand. Best Buy encouraged me to try an LG 4K, telling me that even for regular HD, the picture quality would be better because of upscaling. Not true! In comparison to this Samsung, the LG for regular HD was so muted and fuzzy. I returned the LG and couldn't be happier with this Samsung.

Was looking for best LED TV within my budged and ended my search by buying this TV. Awesome features and has highest rating in internet for specs and quality of pictures

Bought this model last June and worked fine for about a month. Turned it on one morning and saw a big dark spot on the bottom of TV screen. Took it back and Geeksquad replaced it with another one after 3 weeks (that was a HORROR story but I'll spare you the details). Again, more problems with the new one after almost 3 weeks. The volume up/down can't be adjusted while watching a Blu-ray/DVD, it won't even show on the screen. To get it to work I have to shut down the TV and turn it back on but volume control only works when Cable Box is selected, this is VERY frustrating. This could be a glitch with the firmware but it's still VERY frustrating. When it comes to features, picture quality and ports this TV is excellent. SAMSUNG needs to check and test the firmware updates thoroughly BEFORE rushing and making it public. This is the 3rd firmware update since I bought this model back in June. Hello SAMSUNG, is there something wrong here??? And another strange thing is, you can't even register this TV with SAMSUNG because it is a Best Buy exclusive. Really??? Come on SAMSUNG, it's still YOUR TV!!! You can't even find it on their website. NEVER AGAIN.

A lot of features on this TV for the money minus 4K. Great picture and excellent viewing angles. Bought as open box and basically came as new. Would definitely recommend!

The smart hub interface hub is simple and it works just fine also the apps seems to load in time haven't seem much delay. I have had 32" before this the the sound wasnt that great but this one is far better.

Picked up for mother in law for the bedroom. This is a very good tv. shows a crisp picture while the sound is very good.

I really wanted to like this product, however, I find out from Samsung that their "smart remote" channel buttons don't work if you have a cable box. Maybe it's just me, but using the up and down buttons and punching in channels directly should be a basic built in feature. So, you're still stuck with more than one remote to accomplish the most basic functions, that is unless you don't have a cable box. By the way, it didn't work using my TIVO box either. I purchased a Samsung keyboard, same issues. Also, while there's a way to pair your Bluetooth headphones both my LG and Bose are intermittent from 10 feet away. Really Samsung?

Bought this TV for my den. Read a bunch of reviews before deciding to buy it. I've had it for just over a month now, and so far so good. Picture quality is very good and the smart TV features are a bonus.

this a great tv. light. easy to instal and set up. pretty thin. wish it had more apps with access to showtime/fox/abs etc...
