For this Samsung SSamundmart TV, the price was a great deal! This is our 4th Samsung TV in the last 20+ years as we keep updating due to size or technology. This is replacing the TV in my bedroom. It was easy to set up, and has an amazing picture. The picture is crisp and clear. My old TV was a 32 inch TV so I bought a slightly bigger TV. I love it in the bedroom as it's the prefect size for the size of the room.

Love it! Good pixle, great sound . I love Samsung. I bought an open box and didn't realize the remote wasn't fully operable, so that is a bummer. That being said , everything else is great!

I give it a three because it does not have enough HDMI and other necessary slots to hook up sound bar, hearing aids, etc. All the slots are in the back and very hard to get to. The Antennae hook up is almost impossible to hook up. It might be okay for an extra TV in bedroom etc. but not for a main TV. The picture was okay and mute button comes on slow then gets back to volume. Best Buy would not allow a return because it was past 15 days (who has a 15 day policy). We bought it for a Spectrum install that was delayed about 3 weeks. We opened it up past the 15 days which was our problem not theirs. There should be some exceptions when you just had it one day but past the 15 days. Now, we are stuck with an unusual TV for $200. We bought a Vizio which has all the necessary hooks ups and is on the side where it is easy to get to. Guess, we will buy elsewhere because 15 days isn't enough and what if you can't get to the store in those 15 days. So, we are disappointed with Best Buy and with Samsung because they didn't want to do anything either. The antennae hook up is usless and maybe doesn't even work. It did not show any of our local stations and didn't show the antennae was working.

Clear picture, good sound, perfect size for bedroom viewing as with this TV, the light causes it to “self adjust” for less eye strain from too much BRIGHTNESS!! A quick install from the BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD!! Bravo guys!! Job well done, BEST BUY!!

This replaced the Samsung that I had before, that died suddenly. It, so far, is great. The sound is good, and the picture is really clear.

Our old Insignia stopped working, so we bought this TV. Definite upgrade, however, the remote should be backlit. Very difficult to use it in low light. However, the remote is simple to use. Setting up was very easy, and color is beautiful.

The TV works as advertised and does what I need it to do....but slowly. It was cheap, on sale and I used rewards. The description says it's a 2025 but the processor inside feels like 2010. At times you have to wait a little extra bit for an app to load or operate. Sound is typical for this size TV, loud enough to hear. Other than that, like I said, it does the job with a nice full HD picture.

This is the Best TV that I ever brought in my life I love everything about this TV and all the features and all the apps and the best clear pictures on all the channels. I will order the same TV when my TV in the Livingroom goes out. Thank you, Best Buy this T.V, that I brought.

Great TV, just a little slow on remote response at times. Pretty noticeable and frustrating when it's at its worst but it's overall a tv well worth the price.
