Best Buy offered this TV at a great price. The TV, however, was very disappointing. If you sit dead center when viewing, it looks great. However, if you view from an off-center position the picture gets the "clouding" effect. Images start to look "gray" and color quality fades, particularly at the edges. I tried adjusting the settings but the problem still persisted. I even tried resetting to the factory settings but that didn't improve the picture quality. I viewed technical reviews online and found these flaws were always mentioned. Also, this Samsung is not a true HDR. I've read some reviews from gamers who seem to like this TV. Probably because they view it sitting dead center. I had to return the TV.

Disappointed with Curved TV. Video quality is good while siting in front of TV only. Any angle and video quality drops dramatically. My advise - stay with flat screen.

Good tv, but not worth the price. Might be good for a computer monitor, but when you sit back a few more feet, the curve is unnoticeable.

Unless you are sitting right in front the TV the viewing angle is terrible. Go too far left or right and whites look washed out and blacks turn muddy kind of brown. So unless you are going to watch this TV in a hallway where your forced to view it straight on then don't bother. I bought an LG43"4k 43UJ6300 and its been great for my den.

Bought it to use it as a monitor. It is very sleek looking even from the back, so it looks decent on the desk. It took me a while to get the adjustments optimized, now the writing is very crisp and looks great with a couple of caveats: 1) It is not an IPS screen, it is a VA screen with a surprisingly narrow field of view. My Sony 1080P TV, which is also a VA screen, does a better job. 2) The curvature is a bit disappointing as it is curved for the center ~50% of the screen, but then it straightens out for the last 1/4 of the screen on each side (you can really tell by looking at the distortion of your reflection when the screen is off). Unfortunately this is where the curvature it is needed most. The upshot of these caveats is that in the center the colors are true and the text is crisp, but if you don't move your head, at the edges you start seeing a pinkish tinge with some loss of sharpness. If you shift your head a bit in that direction, then it looks fine even in the corners . . . though always slightly less bright. Overall it remains a very usable monitor . . . it is amazingly useful having a big monitor if you work on multiple windows at a time . . . I just wish the two items above where addressed.

I purchased this tv for $420 off!!! Gorgeous tv. My only criticisms would be the built in speakers are just OK. I'm purchasing a soundbar or hooking up computer speakers. Also the curved screen likes reflecting my window. Everything is flawless so far. I had no idea Bestbuy offered such competitive pricing. I'm going to start checking their site often.
