Best Buy and Geek Squad honored their guarantee and replaced TV. The new TV is good - picture may not be as crisp but it is more than adequate.

I bought a 49” Samsung LED smart TV four years ago for about the same cost, but the picture quality is much better. Sound is average, best off to buy a sound bar.

I THOUGHT OF BUYING A SOUNDBAR ALONG WITH THE TV, BUT WHEN I HEARD THE SOUND CLARITY OF IT, I CHANGED MY MIND. THE VIDEO CLARRITY IS TOO GOOD.

I would like it more if it had a stand instead of these little legs but that is a preference, not a complaint. Paired it with a T47m soundbar.

Obviously you can get better but if you decide you just need something that will do and be good quality, then definitely give it a go!

Perfect for watching movies in 4K as well as playing video games. The sound is also excellent. I love this TV.
