Well, until recently at least. Literally after 1 month Samsung 1-yr warranty expired on this TV, it developed a "dark cloud" on the upper left corner, traces of which run down to the bottom edge. After a quick research on the net, it turns out there are many customers like me complaining about the very same "cloud problem". It appears to be a manufacturing defect, not an isolated incidence. I called Samsung today and the response was, in short, "warranty has expired, repair will cost you more, so, go buy another Samsung TV and make us more money". No thanks, I will pass this time around. You fellow customers out there are warned.. Steer clear.

How to use what you have.

Only problem is, the TV was set up, all wires connected, but I was then advised that I would need to get a new box. I connected that and got it activated. Now, I have no idea how to use the various features. I am a "senior citizen" and not totally acquainted with all of today's technology.
