I got the twi year plan but it ended right before it messed up. It has the blinking kights and cuts off and on. I love Samsung TVs but this one wasnt the best made.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. To update your software, go to Settings > Support > Software Update.
Next, if you are connected to HDMI, please try the following test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not have it. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords.
To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test.
If the test says, the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required.
If the screen continues to cut on and off, then you may need service. If your TV is out of the 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty, you can locate a service center in your area by following this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/.
