Picture and sound ok but cannot get the tv to full screen even though aspect ratio 16:9. Only time picture is full screen is on the streaming apps not on regular tv channels which is what she watches.

Unfortunately that wasn't the case and the picture quality seemed to lack depth and the sound was pretty poor. We returned the TV and ended up going with an LG which has so far performed much better.
