DO NOT BUY.... well at least if your using it for anything beyond still frames. If you buy 400 dollar T.V's to "frame" your nieces pictures, have at it. VIDEO Picture quality is ATROCIOUS.(so, u know the thing you buy t.v's for is out) Honestly, if i could go back i would choose a GOOD 1080P t.v over this, picture quality while playing VIDEO is somehow worse than 1080p. It's like watching movie on this is like watching a bunch of transitions that cannot be deciphered with random brief still frames on close up faces.

Works as my monitor for remote work office. 28” 4K monitor too small for 4 window operation. However, price is high vs larger TVs. It works great with Apple airplay. So all is forgiven.

Never will buy a 4K Horrible Soap effects

I am younger adult even I can’t can’t handle this TV has a horrible soap opera’s effects and blinding lighting and new 120 refresh rate gave my whole family headaches and eye strain. We had to return them . I cannot believe what they have done to TVs , it is so upsetting that they have taken away the choice to turn on and off the HD to Standard definition.Films were not made to be seen that way . I don’t personally want so see every eyelash move. As the brain can only process a refreshing rate of 60hz or 60 film picture per second the 120 doesn’t make sense it just makes for sensory over load and a constant distraction when trying to watch the screen . This also is our experience after turning of all the motion smoothing settings , sharpness picture clarity and so on which there isn’t very many option for controlling this super HD Soap-opera effect . Not mention there is no real control for the blue light being emitted from the TV which If anyone took a few min to look up the blue light is not one that you should be staring at .Side note “ LED light is not better for you it is better for companies because it more energy efficient and lasts longer the traditional incandescence light bulbs , which are now hard are to find . We returned these and I will never purchase a 4K super HD tv again , Heck I would rather not have a TV then then try to limit my settings and force me watch the screen that is harmful to my eyes.

Recently purchased this tv. I felt disappointed in 3 ways. 1.) Applications are too slow, live channels are getting struck for every 20-30 seconds 2.) Though I am using good WiFi and router. Suddenly TV is unable to identify my network. To reconnect it I have to switch off the tv and need to switch on. Sometimes it’s getting highly irritated. 3.) I am using Sony wireless Bluetooth head phone, but TV is unable to identify the Bluetooth.

      Sundar:

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am sorry you are experiencing multiple issues. Here are some troubleshooting tips you may want to try:

      1) Device Care option: Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      2) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Version 1115.1 is now available at: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020

Instructions for how to update firmware are detailed here: samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/

      3) Some things to keep in mind when using Bluetooth headphones:
      - You can only pair one Bluetooth audio device at a time.
      - You can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature (also called Surround), or TV SoundConnect simultaneously.

I hope this helps. For further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support.

Hello, I was so excited to buy this tv because ive always heard good things about them. I’ve only had it for almost two months and barely today it’s turning off and on? It’s doesn’t want to respond to the remote. I’ve plugged it in and out and tried doing those measures to make it work again. And nothing. Is there someone I can speak to about this? This is very disappointing. I just got this tv and this should not be happening.

      Amanda:

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly and stopped responding to the remote.

Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020

For instructions on how to update your firmware, please visit: www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/

      5) TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to
Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.

If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will need service.
Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution or replacement.
