    Loved the TV. Ordered 2. One came with a defect in the screen that I'm currently working to resolve with BB.

    Tv worked great but broke within less than a year. Will not turn on at all.

    The worst possible experience. Just after the one year limited warranty expired the power control unit on the tv died. Now the whole thing is useless. Plus had it been under warranty I’d still need the box and original receipt to get repair service. Crappy product no warranty. Buy another brand.

      There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality for your viewing scenario.
      Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

    Don't buy a Samsung TV

    Samsung TV's are crap. I've had this thing for a two and a half years, and it worked this morning 2/3/22 and now it won't even turn on. This is the second Samsung tv I've owned that crapped out in short time. Never again will I buy a Samsung anything.

    Where to start. How do you review a product that was not picked by the account holder nor one else authorized to do so? Question what is your store policy to check ID and verify identify before releasing pre purchased product ??? Not to mention the time wasted on calling the store directly and the help line.

    Had the tv delivered got it set up, screen went black and it started playing classical music no way to reset it called Samsung on hold for 4 hours said it a known defect return it to the store.

    I stayed at home the whole day waiting for the TV ,The TV wasn't delivered to my apartment , instead it was delivered to a locker in another building , i had to walk in the cold carrying the TV to my apartment and hurting my back + spending money on back pain medication.

    I received this TV and was not able to open it to install until after the return period. My fault for not checking but the box was in good shape. The TV had a damaged screen and is no good. The box had been re taped closed and should of flagged me. Very disappointed

    Stopped working after 1 year of use!! I barely used this TV and about a little more than one year after the purchase date the TV started turning off and on by itself and warranty is already expired!!

    This TV is not worth the price tag. It is constantly having issues connecting to the internet and needs to be reset. Not to mention it is very laggy and sometimes non responsive to the remote. Research a better option if you are looking for a new TV.

    I've had this for less than 2 years and the Horizontal lines running across the screen have made it unbearable to view for work and gaming. My Q80T is great, but this model leaves much to be desired.

    Completely Damaged

    I received the TV after purchasing online. I was excited because of quarantine I had it delivered to my house. The TV had a hole on the top right of it like someone punched it. The left of the TV was spiderwebbed from corner to middle. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.

    I bought this tv on open box sale. The picture on this set was way worse than my other Samsung tv’s. After watching this tv noticed a small dimple in the screen need less to say I returned it for another Samsung tv he. Thanks
