I ordered it online. Took weeks to arrive and screen was shattered. Best Buy gave me a full refund and i bought a better LG at the store. Lesson learned... don't order tvs online.

The tv always shuts down for what ever reson not sure You could be in the middle of a show and it doesn’t work its not catch local channel 6 its set for channel 7 dont care for it at all

This TV is wonderful!! Has great features, apps are easy to install. Remote is user friendly, it is a different style than most. It is designed to use apps conveniently. TV has an excellent picture; The response is quick and a lot better than several tv's out there. I have an older Samsung and it has a slight delay when opening apps or changing channels on cable streaming app. This new Samsung blows my old one away. Definitely a lot faster and responsive. For a 4K TV a little less than $300.00 with all the technology built into it and several apps preloaded is an excellent deal!! I highly recommend this tv!! Even if you do not have streaming TV service, it has Samsung TV Plus built in - several channels to choose from for your viewing!! Excellent TV, I cannot say enough about it.

Here's what I love: Stunning 4K resolution: This TV truly brings out the beauty of 4K content. I've been re-watching some of my favorite movies, and the level of detail is incredible. Vibrant colors with Crystal UHD: The colors are rich and lifelike, making everything from animated films to live sports pop off the screen. Sleek and modern design: The TV has a slim profile and minimal bezels, giving it a modern look that blends seamlessly with my living room. Bought this TV after my old one of 15 years stopped working. Overall the TV works well the only a couple things would need to be improved is: 1. Navigation to a different source using the TV remote: -It feels a bit clunky at times but it still works. Like there is a pause between sources and you have to press the button again to get to the next one. I press the button 2 times in a row only immediately the first button press is recognized but the second is not. That is where the wait comes in, 2. Customizing the settings is not an easy task. I had to look up a few Youtube videos to figure them out and then after trial and error I was able to get the settings I wanted. 3. The remote works but if you have a streaming remote already in use just use that for your needs. 4. There are no screws to hold the TV up it is like a snap and lock on the back for the feet, takes 2 people to do it. The picture quality is very good and clear. Easy viewing from over about 30 feet give or take a bit.

I bought two tv's, one being a 43" Samsung for my bedroom. I do not care for massive sized tv's, so this was perfect. It's not intrusive or overwhelming and fits in the corner nicely. The picture quality is clean and crisp and set up was easy and very user friendly.
