    open-box purchase did not come with correct mount

    Came with 50" mounting hardware, not the 43" hardware. This was not disclosed, in fact the description says it was a "slim fit" wall mount. Went back to store and they did not provide me the correct mount.

    I was very surprised that the cord that comes with The Frame TV is not the kind that can go inside the wall. The whole purpose of buying a Frame TV was because it looks like a picture on the wall. Now it looks like any other flat screen TV.

Your TV is connected to the One Connect Box with the One Invisible Connection – a translucent cable allowing you to place your TV accessories wherever works best for you.

    DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY

    I bought this TV and had to pick it up at a different store because they did not have it in stock. I also bought the white frame to go with this TV and they also did not have it in stock so shipped it to me. They instead sent it to the wrong address. I called twice and both agents hung up on me. I went to the store to try and get refunded and order a new one but all they would do was call the same customer service agent. They said they would not refund me because they had to do an investigation. So I have now paid for the frame and I do not have it and Best Buy refuses to refund me when the mistake was theirs. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
