DO NOT SHOP AT BEST BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV and had to pick it up at a different store because they did not have it in stock. I also bought the white frame to go with this TV and they also did not have it in stock so shipped it to me. They instead sent it to the wrong address. I called twice and both agents hung up on me. I went to the store to try and get refunded and order a new one but all they would do was call the same customer service agent. They said they would not refund me because they had to do an investigation. So I have now paid for the frame and I do not have it and Best Buy refuses to refund me when the mistake was theirs. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
