Started having problems with black pixelated spots the night before Best Buy's 15 day no return policy. Now, we have to deal with Samsung support. They have to send someone to see if it can be fixed. What a hassle. The last Samsung TV died in 6 years. I'll never buy anything from Samsung again.

Great picture. Was easy to set up. Good size. Would purchase a Samsung tv again.

This TV was easy to set up. I was a little disappointed in the difficulty of finding certain apps that my other Samsung TVs have. Possibly the AI function adding the difficulty. It has a great picture.

TV has perfect sound and picture but mossing the one thing I need, a turn on timer. Can be set up through SmartThings but it only works half the time. A little disappointing seeing this is the only reliable way of waking me up.

So far so good. Bought to watch the Olympics. Very nice picture, decent sound. The only thing i dont like is the remote. Its very small and hard for me to pivk it up without changing something. I guess ill get used to it. But I would buy it again.

I got this TV for my mom. I should have gotten me one but I already have a 4k TV. Anyway she loves her TV, the colors are good and it's just the perfect size.

Good screen, good backlight, works great. Lightweight. Only negative might be the remote uses a flat battery instead of AA or AAA. We'll see how long it works before needing to be replaced.

This was my first time purchasing a smart TV and I think I made the right decision. It was easy to assemble the legs and the television itself is very light. The colors are bold and bright for my casual gaming and video streaming needs. I bought a 43 inch version but it is perfect for my bedroom. Ordering online and using Best Buy’s curbside pickup was a breeze. You can’t go wrong with a Samsung TV.

The TV is great. It is easy to set up, has a high quality picture, great sound, and lots of features. A great value.

Good picture. Reasonable price, but other reviews are right..the remote is awful. Too small to be held comfortably, very little labeling on controls and what is there is so small and light it is almost impossible to read.

Received on time. All ok with the tv and no damage. Some of the jacks/connections not included (I knew that when I ordered) made set up a little more complicated for soundbar hookup. So far everything I need is working fine. There may be some features I'll never use on the "smart" side but maybe I'll find some that I like. Overall, it's performing well and I'm happy with it.
