Purchased Open box TV on 05/25 from best buy. Sales person did not provide any details about what all accessories are missing. I found out that remote and stands were missing. Suggestion to best buy , ask your dealers/employees to be transparent about what they are selling.

Art mode is finicky, wont stay on.

Decent TV but not worth the premium. Art mode wont stay on, even after update and multiple resets. Bezel accessory almost saves it and is a nice touch, if a bit expensive for some plastic.

It’s a ok tv. I purchased for my store front. It does its job but definitely not worth the premium. Also not easy to use at all.

Samsung Frame TV 43" 2019

Tv worked well for several months. Once the factory warranty expired most of the tv settings stopped working. Bestbuy offered no support and neither did Samsung since the factory warranty was expired. BestBuy should have covered the repairs but insisted Samsung do it, which they also refused.
