I was hesitant at first to purchase this TV because there are sets with better picture quality in the same price range. However, this is my first 4K TV and that upgrade alone has been a great leap from my 10+ year old high end Samsung 1080p TV. The picture frame feature has a lot of drawbacks (10 minute intervals, limited storage space), but I don't use it as much as I thought I would. If you want to use your own images you do have to know how to resize your images to look good on the matte backgrounds. Where this TV stands out dramatically from every other TV on the market- with the exception of the gorgeous and twice as expensive LG GX OLED series- is that it looks fantastic on the wall. It is extremely subtle when mounted flush to the wall which was the driving factor behind this purchase and not having our bedroom look like a dorm room. If picture quality was my most important requirement, I would have gone OLED and likely will for our main TV upgrade. I have zero regrets about this purchase.

Picture quality excellent. I love the one connect technology. Mounting bracket is no problem to install and sits flush to wall, I highly recommend the bezel frame which sets it apart from other products. The Art feature is nice but could use more selections to choose from. My only real complaint is that Samsung needs to upgrade the remote for is and all of their televisions. The remote is poorly designed. In particularly the volume controls. Would rate a 5 if not of the remote.

Love the product. Looks great on the wall. Found option to hide control box behind the screen. Wish Samsung had mentioned that as an option. Only reason for 4 stars is the instructions for adding personal pictures is lacking and also Art options while nice, are not what I am looking for. Would welcome the option to purchase more seasonal type paintings.

Beautiful picture and installation was a breeze. The wall mount was very well designed and made the TV literally look like a framed picture. Hiding the thin connecting wire in the wall was easy and genius. Turn the TV off and your favorite painting or picture appears backlit. Love it!

The Frame TV is really well thought out. It turns off and shows the art when you are done with TV and then at night and after no movement around it turns itself off. In the morning when we get close I see the art again. Awesome

We absolutely LOVE our new TV!!! i saw it advertised just before covid hit and then could not go to the store to see it until quarantine regulations were released. It was worth the wait. So nice to have our personal pictures up on the wall to see regularly. what a great idea! our Geek Squad technician was certainly knowledgable. his expertise was evident. he got right to work in mounting our new 'Frame TV' to the wall, and then regulating the settings to our desired liking. he helped to guide me in setting up the account so that he could snyc my devices. then he also taught me about all the new technology so that we could enjoy all the features of this model. we would like to thank him so much for his quality work and kind understanding in meeting our needs

Bought this smart tv for the master bedroom. Love the easy to use features & the picture is excellent. The tv has only 1 input coming from a separate box which has plenty of extra inputs. Did not matter to us, just something to keep in mind if space is a problem.

Samsung - 43" Class The Frame Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV is exactly what we hoped it would be. Very much enjoying all it has to offer. Very pleased with our purchase and would recommend to others looking for a smart tv and a piece of art.

Honesty was prepared to be mehhhh about The Frame. But after getting it, I've loved it. The art is great and the TV itself is fantastic. The mounting on the wall (that comes with it) was honestly the easiest part!

The Samsung Frame TV is a beautiful art piece as well as a quality 4K HDTV. The frame mounts tight to the wall with a provided wall mount. the power and video connection is a very small cable that can be run thru the wall

It is a pain to turn this TV on seems to be a little complicated. You should be able to push a button and the TV goes on. Has an excellent picture although I don't know why we have 4K there's no 4K programming out there at this point and it's going to be a while before we get any at all so kind of a waste. Samsung is an excellent brand I still think one of the best TVs out there I like Samsung and LG at this point. It does have good sound even without my surround sound. Overall I would highly recommend this TV.

All in all, the Samsung Frame series is very good TV. A few points to consider: The picture is super nice and colors are deep. However, sun glare does impact the screen, especially when viewing from an angle. The picture is absolutely beautiful in a dark setting. Sound quality is decent, but you can select the amplify setting to improve clarity. The ‘art’ pics are a nice touch, especially if the TV is mounted to the wall. However, there are comparable TVs (with stand) at lower prices. Price aside, this is an ideal TV (43”) for my master bedroom.

We recently upgraded both of our TVs to smart TVs, and this Samsung in the Frame series is especially fun and beautiful. We have all the streaming choices and the picture is deep and bright, very realistic. This really adds to the enjoyment of movies and series, plus the graphics of news and other channels are very sharp. When it's off, rather than a black screen, you can have the image of your choice, many paintings to choose from. I highly recommend this TV!

Beautiful tv and picture. Faulty remote control that would not open. Manufacturing defect. Other than that beautiful tv

The Frame is great because it rests flush on the wall. When not on for television if can be a painting or favorite photos. Picture is excellent.

I love this tv. Stunning from a design standpoint, and the picture quality and features are fantastic- favorite tv in the house!

Great TV and art work adds some grace to your room. The single nearly transparent lead being the only cable connection to the set is awesome and opens set location to virtually anywhere in the room and makes it appear to be a piece of art work instead of a dumb tv screen. This is an engineering first and makes the set a definite winner in my mind. Only recommend waiting for the set to come on sale as it is very pricy otherwise.
