TV has been enjoyable. Was easy to set up and use. One problem we had was the remote. It is too small and all black which makes it difficult to use. We have trouble locating it but that is because we have several users and it gets lost!

I wanted a Toshiba, I've had two before and they were excellent. But after doing research, it's not a top brand or performer anymore. So for the price, under $200, I don't think you can beat the quality of this Samsung TV. Samsung TVs are rated second to Sony which is at the top of the list for quality. BUT! I HATE the fact that they don't give you a printed owner's manual. (Same as major appliances; ) Of course you can download a manual on their website, I KNOW THAT! But it's much easier to have a pamphlet in hand rather than fumbling around with your phone or laptop, and then going back to the remote, trying to get things to work. I also resent having to buy a soundbar to have decent sound, but it does make a huge difference and it seems to be the way of any flatscreen you buy today. The other thing that all the manufacturers do, is they latch on to "mystery labels" that are meaningless to the average buyer. i.e.: Crystal UHD; 4K Smart Tizen TV. ??? What is that; what exactly does that mean, and how can you compare that to any brand that doesn't use the same terminology? Go to another brand, and they hand out similar labels of their own making. Call me old, but I like simple and to the point. But NOTHING is simple and to the point anymore. According to Google searches, I should expect a life span of 7-10 years out of this TV. We'll see; nothing seems to last more 3-5 years, and that's why I took out a 5 year extended warranty. Also the picture is sharp enough, but the using the factory preset screen adjustments, the color always seems to be washed out a bit. (Not bad, but faded) I can adjust that in settings, but I wonder if it leads to early burn-out. This is a 43" Smart TV which almost seems to be considered small by today's standards, but for under $200, I was surprised at what it offers.

The picture quality that this display delivers is excellent, it's HDR ready, and is thin and light. Its also super convenient that it will automatically turn HDR on when the source is a game console or something like it. However, the TV home screen will usually default to Samsung TV, and it is super annoying to navigate the home menu at times to get to the source you need.

I was able to set this model up easily since I own a Samsung phone. As a senior, if I could do it, anyone should be able to. It has great picture quality.

I have purchased Samsung TV's for years. All my TV's are Samsung. The product is exactly, what I wanted. The picture is clear, the functionality is easy. The connection to the apps is seamless.

This 43" 4k TV was good, but the remote could be better. I returned the TV. My guess is that this TV allows you to fully use your smartphone as a remote for this TV. So why spend a lot of money developing a good remote when a good percentage of people will be using their smartphones as the remote. I don't put apps on my phone or I might have tried that remote method.

The picture quality and refresh rate are top notch, making everything from movies, to sports to television programs looking as sharp and smooth as they can be. The speakers produce incredibly clear audio, which seems to be a hard thing to come by on many slim TVs. I wasn't a huge fan of needing to sign up for a Samsung account to download and use apps, but it's a small price to pay. And the price for the TV was more than fair for the quality. Sometimes it can have an issue with connecting to our internet router, but I think the internet service may be of equal blame here. Still, would highly recommend this model to anyone looking to buy a new set!

Enjoying my TV. Good picture, good sound. The menu layout and remote functionality takes a little getting used to (I have had an old Samsung for quite a while) but that is not a knock on the TV itself.
