I use this as a monitor and as a tv and it works great as both. Only has 2 hdmi ports so plan accordingly. Only thing I would have changed was more hdmi ports but easy fix with a hdmi dock. Great sound quality and the picture quality is wonderful as well.

I LOVE my monitor!……works great & love the smart apps on it! I have only 1 complaint: upon setting up the monitor, the first “welcome” screen gave a QR code to follow to setup. Well, that QR code tried to make me sign up for a service totally unrelated to set up. Was for some gym! Got very frustrated with this, but was finally able to finish up the initial setup.

Fantastic. It’s actually better than I expected. I’ve always had pretty low quality monitors despite being someone who loves having good tech. Definitely worth the purchase. I have my Xbox and a mini cpu connected to it so aside from the smart features I can still have a somewhat traditional computer and console experience. They always say that video games look better on computer monitors and I honestly didn’t fully believe it until experiencing this monitor. I imagine the quality can only go up from here as the price was very fair. The only draw is that functionality is very limited without the remote, which you wouldn’t expect I suppose unless you’ve never used a smart monitor, like myself lol I have a smart tv but I guess I didn’t Expect the monitor to be that similar to a smart tv. So don’t lose that remote, although you can use the smart things app to control it if you are in range. I usually hate leaving reviews but am a very happy customer.

The Device works perfectly with my laptops. It was easy to set up and put to use.

I’m using this monitor primarily for work. I tend to have a lot of browser tabs open and this monitor has helped me see more than my 32” monitor. Plus, the added bonus of streaming built in for those lunch breaks.

Love this! Only downfall the screen gets quite warm if the brightness isnt on a certain setting.

Great monitor i need one in every room of the house

It’s a very good monitor with great performance and image quality, but it’s extremely fragile. This is my second one — the first broke when my child accidentally dropped a PS5 controller that hit the corner of the screen. The impact shattered the internal frame and caused rainbow-colored lines to appear on the display. Unfortunately, I had to replace it. Great monitor overall, but the build could definitely be sturdier.

I was sold the wrong item. Thanks to Best Buy supervisor Tyler, And Geek installer Sean this was caught before delivery, and patiently worked to cancel the order and instsllation, and reorder the correct itrm and imstallation.

The screen is huge and it exceeds my expectations beyond belief.

Purchased in September of 2025. It was excellent out of the box, but over a months time, has gotten blurry and grainy. Love the size, but the quality is not there.

Works great as a monitor and a tv for the bedroom.
